Falmouth Police seize pot and pills, five women arrested Saturday

EAST FALMOUTH - Saturday morning, December 19, 2009, Falmouth Police seized several individual packets of marijuana and Percocet pills during a search of two Central Avenue homes in East Falmouth. In addition to the seized drugs, five subjects were arrested during the search.
Around 5:45 a.m., Saturday morning, members of the Falmouth Police Department Drug Task Force, the Massachusetts State Police Detectives Unit assigned to the Barnstable County District Attorney's Office (Cape Cod Drug Task Force), the Falmouth Special Response Team and the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office (K9), executed a search warrant simultaneously at 146 and 148 Central Avenue in East Falmouth.
Detectives seized several individual packets of marijuana and Percocet pills. In addition, five subjects were arrested for various offenses and an arrest warrant:
- Lavonne D. Mills, 40, of Carriage Shop Road in East Falmouth, was arrested for Possession of Class E
- Crystal Perry, 40, of Central Avenue in East Falmouth, was arrested for Distribution of Class B Drugs (Subsequent Offense), Possession to Distribute Class B Drugs (Subsequent Offense), Possession to Distribute Class D Drugs
- Veronica Jo Perry, 44, of Central Avenue in East Falmouth, was arrested on two counts of Possession of Class B Drugs and Possession of Class D Drugs
- Tianna Oakley Perry, 23, of Central Avenue in East Falmouth, was arrested for Possession to Distribute Class D
Drugs. An arrest warrant was also served. - Heidi DeBarros, 38, of Amanda Way in Mashpee, was arrested for Possession of Class B Drugs (Subsequent Offense)
The execution of the search warrant was the result of a month long investigation by the Falmouth Police Drug Task Force and the MA State Police Detectives Unit assigned to the Barnstable County DA's Office (Cape Cod Drug Task Force). The investigation included several controlled purchases of illegal drugs from the two Central Avenue homes.
