Cynthia Stead's RAMPAGE

In a matter of just seconds our Republican State Committeewoman, who was elected to the office because nobody else wanted to run, EXPLODED!!!!!!!! I got a call from a friend warning me that Cynthia Stead, under the aegis of the Cape Cod Times, is furious about my comments in another blogger's post.
Then I saw a myriad of emails revealing Cynthia Stead's tantrum, which stemmed from me outing her as Peter Porcupine. Why did I out Cynthia Stead? Because I don't feel comfortable having columnist from the Cape Cod Times attack me, and other people, using fake names. It's one thing for Cape Cod Times columnists to criticize people in commentaries. Taking it a step further by trashing people on the internet is a whole other ballpark. So when I exposed her cyber-harassment she went ballistic, emailing people with threats and accusations.
Phhhhhhhlease! Under the alias of Peter Porkupine Republican Committeewoman Cynthia Stead has slandered a plethora of people, with some of her most vicious statements targeted at Republicans like myself. The difference is that I have the nerve to do it without hiding behind some John Doe-like disquise. Peter Porcupine? What is she, secretly transgender or something living her life as a guy online? It appears so.
Speaking of transgender, Cynthia often describes herself as a moderate Republican and in doing so raves about how we need to promote abortion and gay marriage within the Republican party in order to please liberals enough to vote for Republicans. This is where Cynthia is wrong and where she has debased and weakened the Republican party here on Cape Cod. Most Republicans on Cape Cod are pro-life and pro-traditional marriage. The Republican activists refuse to cooperate with Stead because they know that she will sell out to the liberals should it be politically advantageous.
What really bothers me about Stead is that she expresses support for gay marriage yet has no problem using someones sexuality against them for political gain. She used Sarah Peake's gayhoodness against her, and she used the fact that I am gay against me. It's one thing to believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman to promote male-female roles in child and adolescent development. It's another thing to demonize gay people like myself to voters for political gain. And that's what Stead and her liberal Republican allies did, sometimes under the Peter Porcupine mask. And that's why I have issues with liberals who are trying to exercise their authority over the conservative plebiscite in the Republican party.
The conservative Republican base on Cape Cod wants nothing to do with the Republican party because they don't feel as though their issues are adequately represented. That is why we didn't have as many people out there working on campaigns or donating as much money as the Democrats. The local Republicans unfortunately had to see and hear Committeewoman Cynthia Stead arguing that in order to win Republicans had to turn liberal. "Yuck," they thought and wanted nothing to do with that agenda.
So I agreed with them and even said that I would rather join the green party then be bossed by liberal Republicans with slimy ulterior motives. Apparently this was music to the ears of people like Cynthia Stead and others. Since then she has thown bomb after bomb in my face and has trash-talked me and my conservative Republican allies to anyone willing to listen. It is horribly unacceptable for a Republican committeeperson to say things like "We have to ally ourselves with liberals, the kind of people that Justine Kirkwood (my former campaign manager and Orleans Republican Town Committee chair) would run over with her Cadillac, because we need their votes to win."
NO WE DON"T! If we are going to energize Republicans and develop a strong organization we have to give them what they want: a good conservative message that will get them off their couches, writing checks and knocking on doors. The wimpy "let's assimilate with liberals so they will vote for us" doctrine has proven to be destructive and has injected apathy and fatigue into the souls of Republicans here on most of Cape Cod (excluding Jeff Perry's district). Proof of this exist in Sandwich where super-conservative Jeff Perry has inspired hundreds, probably over a thousand conservative Republicans into revival, and has cruised to victory in each and every election.
There is no way that I am going to let liberal Republicans like Cynthia Stead or her friends in the media scare me because I have the nerve to be conservative and defend myself against their covert attacks. I am very well aware of how the Cape Cod Times operates, Cynthia is just another example.

It's too bad because she wrote much more pungent columns when she was blogging here.
Who thought being out was being in,
Is that masked varmit carin'
Now that she's riled Aaron,
But being "has-been" is really no sin.
They tell me the voted for GOP men like Frank Sargent, Ed Brook and Elliot Richardson even though they were both registered Democrats because the GOP was in the tradition of Lincoln rather than Romney, Gingrich and the rest of the religeous right wing of that party today.
what used to be called radical is now called insane;
and what used to be called reactionary is now called moderate.. or compasionate;
and what used to be called insane is now solid conservative thinking."

Mr. Maloy displays his naivette and lack of knowledge repeatedly in his blog entries.
He should ask an elder like his mentor MS Kirkwood to edit them before he makes a fool of himself again.
A disastrous lawsuit led to his financial ruin in 1799 and he returned to England in 1800. Cobbett was found guilty of treasonous libel on June 15, 1810 and he was sentenced to two years in Newgate Prison.
So calling MS Stead a Tory is nothing more than how she describes herself.
Benedict Arnold could be Peter's Best Man and your Maid of Honor could be Aaron.
A guy and a girl are in a bar. The guy asks the girl what her name is.
"I'm Carmen... I'm named after my two favorite things, cars and men. What's your name?"
"Golftits."
When was the last time you heard any Democrats focusing on whether a candidate was gay or lesbian?
It is ONLY with young, dissident new blood like Maloy, Buckley, Howell and Bennett that the "Grand Old Party" will reclaim its stature the Bay State.
Barros and Stead have never won an election. Maloy, Bennett, Howell and Buckley all have, and they are young with new ideas like tomorrow's voters.
Why aren't you running, or Andy Buckley or Don Howell or Doug Bennett?
I'd rather eat tofu and save animals with the Green party then pig out on pork and wear fur like a Fat Cat Democrat.
We already have all the entertainment we need with your choice "Coupe Deval".
A funnier script, has never been written.
Buzz, I wouldn't expect you to do anything other than focus on tangential, irrelevant matters, versus being able to discuss things like the budget or whether cities and towns should be able to raise taxes by some means other than the repressive property tax. The sheeples have spoken!
Sorry, I just couldn't help reviving the classic image of the FAT CAT MAFIAMAN Democrat who wears big fluffy fur coats and patronizes all his friends by raising taxes and patronizing them with pork-barrel government jobs. It was too irresitable.
I will admit that these kind of stereotypes exist in both parties.
Your lofty grasp of the inner workings of all things political is just amazing.
This web site has been blessed to have someone of your capacity to share your knowledge and expertise.
After all, I think it was you who first brought us Coupe Deval. You really hit the nail on the head with that one.
I just praise the day I can contribute half as much as you do to this site.
Can you say..... arrogant?
Aaron, so the Green Party is for promoting open-mindedness.... you mean like their positions on gay marriage, a woman's right to choose, taxation policies? OK, so that leaves the environment and animal rights, a couple of topics that I don't know anyone that is against those. Curiouser and curiouser....
