Maybe they are referring to the war he thinks he can win. Someone get the bottle of geritol and show the man the door. How did the Republican Party ever settle for McCain. How embarrassing for them, who fortunate for us!
SM: Don't think McCain knows how to fight the war on terror. He still thinks Saddam is hiding weapons of mass destruction.
"McCain spent his boyhood in exclusive boarding schools where staffers were paid to put up with his tirades. We all did some immature things before we matured. But with McCain, the tirades continue today.
Had he not been the son and grandson of admirals, there is scant chance he would have been admitted to the U.S. Naval Academy. Given his behavior patterns and academics, had he not been the son and grandson of admirals, there is little doubt he would have been thrown out. Instead, in 1958 he managed to graduate 894 out of 899. Had he not been the son and grandson of admirals, he is no chance he would have been accepted into the prestigious naval flight training program over far better qualified officers. On his way to becoming a North Vietnamese ace, the aviator lost 3 expensive aircraft on routine, non-combat flights. Little was made of all that, because he was, you know, the son and grandson of admirals..."
When McCain’s application to the National War College was rejected, according to noted author and researcher Joel Skousen, he whined to daddy who pulled strings with the Secretary of the Navy.
PRISONER OR HONORED GUEST?
McCain’s 5½-year stay at the Hanoi Hilton (officially Hoa Loa Prison) has ever since been the subject of great controversy. He maintains that he was tortured and otherwise badly mistreated. One of many who disagree is Dennis Johnson, imprisoned at Hanoi and never given treatment for his broken leg..." http://www.wclt.com/news/articledetail.cfm?articleid=23261 Wow it just gets better... check it out, gang...
Are you upset that McCain had more affairs than Clinton? Not according to the Arkansas police.
Cru...still love you. I am not a big McCain fan. But am considering the alternative.
Any chance we could start this process all over again or do we have to wait another 4 years?
Who is the top officer in the land?

At least she'd had a nice residual..ehh?
John doesn't really care(win or lose)..he's married a 'fortune' like Mr Kerry...
ahh.. politics ..there is really no difference amongst them..
Only to the believers...
Buttheads co-hort!
What was it Nee-DY? Deferment? Concienous objector?
Biden had 5 deferrals, maybe your next brilliant blog can address that.
"Deliberately unintelligent and crude, Beavis and Butt-head revolved around the high-schoolers' discussions about TV, heavy-metal music, nachos and trying to "score" with chicks. Their conversations were usually peppered with phrases like "ass-munch," "butt-hole" and "fart-knocker" that became part of the cultural lexicon, as well as uncontrollable giggling."

FACTS: McCain lost 2 planes to engine failure, one during the accident aboard the USS Forrestal and the last shot down over Vietnam.
Pretty sad Nee-dy, its a new low for you.
Buzz...Please don't get your expectations up. He spends all day parroting left wing blogs. He has no life. He is like a seashell washing up and down the shore of Cape Cod. Of no significance whatsoever. At least the seashell contributes to future life on this planet.
Some of these intelligentia would criticize Jesus for not walking correctly on water..
Never mind their abhorance of people of faith..
Only the State is their foundation of faith..
Karl Marx ,Lenin, and Trotsky would win in a landslide only here in the Northeast quadrant..and Californicationa
And Putin is the vanguard..
Gotta love it!
This is why the great OB will win in November..
Socialism has failed worldwide and is alive and prosperous here in America.
America is the Anti Christ to the world!
ONLY America has evil corporations and we must embrace the likes of Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Cuba so all of us live in harmony and serve the great and perfect state!!
America wants big government and looks to the almighty state to embrace their wants and needs..
and eliminate and takeover the evils of big business and leave it up to the state to solve all the problems..
Welcome to the new American Union of the Socialist Republic..
History is repeating itself!
Heil!.....

Your boat has now been confiscated by the state and serving the needs of the people..
Resistance is futile!
Thanks for putting it into perspective. The older I get I'm starting to think like Mav (not that there's anything wrong with that) I love CC it's some of the bloggers here I can't stand:)
Resistance is futile for you...as well.
Just open your wallet ,relinquish all possessions and bring them to the redistribution center..and you'll be taken care of..not to worry.
It's ok..
maverick will soon be the new Capt Jack Sprat..enemy of the state
perhaps we should sign on for a new adventure at sea..
I hope mav has Kiera Knightley as a 1st mate..
Black/white..who cares..they were on the take and were caught redhanded..
Trouble is.. the big players never get caught unless they piss off a bigger fish then all hell lets loose..
Witness the current debacle with the bailout...
Every big player gets a hand out for screwing up and screwing all of us,,,
and,,
Both repubs and dems line up ready to help their crooked friends and contributors..
meanwhile..on our dime while we are struggling or losing all our investments, jobs, etc..
I say..time a for a new tea party..

GM CEO's gave back 2 private jets? Big Whoop. The workers were interviewed, said they wanted to speak to congress, were not allowed, but the three CEO's took 3 private jets costing 20k and were unprepared as to a plan, just wanted handouts like the others got? While the rest of us struggle in our own hell, whether it be loss of job, loss of retirement income, kids can't go to college, retail is closing its doors, more jobs lost, people continue to lose their homes from the loan sharks...I know there's more, what did I miss? And they say gas prices are at a record low, what use to be $4.11 gal. is now $1.99 but people aren't buying gas as they once were, or shopping. Boycott! That's the idea. They will have to cave in sometime! It's 32 degrees and I still drive next to convoys of bicycles and scooters...LOL! That's the spirit, what's next? Cross-country skiing along the roadways? Break out the dog sleds! That will be our next form of transportation. I heard Obama is picking Summers from Harvard to take Bernake's place. Maybe Larry can help Harvard get it's 11bil.back.
Has everyone gone to bed? Wow, you guys are such light weights...latest news said CEO's must take jets for safety reasons...now I've heard everything.
CAPE WIND!
These corporate types get great payoffs.
cru... Most everyone burns with all these dudes golden parachutes & all we get is:
Coming to a neighborhood near you...
"Mortgage relief".
Only relief that is coming, is when you finally relieve yourself of a mortgage & let the suckers tank along with the rest of the corporate do-do heads.
To think, these auto CEO type dummies have known for YEARS the IN-YOUR-FACE downsizing & fuel efficient vehicles were selling many more units...
They, and the unions deserve what they are getting...
The same as they gave to themselves all along:
Self flagellation.
And now:
Splat!

No disrespect, but he sat the one he was in out, disregarding the fact that we lost that one. He has never been in charge of an army, or a war office, not even a congressional committee with oversight of a war.
And as far at the Iraq War goes, what does it mean to win? There is no winning this war. Better stick to winning the war on terror.
