We here at the Brewster Recreation Department have been very busy preparing for the summer season!  We have loads of fun planned for residents and visitors alike!  You will see a lot of familiar faces with invigorated enthusiasm for the programs that have made Brewster Rec a great place to spend the summer.  Danielle Arsenault is back as the swim director and she will be joined by Robert Alfonso, head lifeguard at Long Pond Beach.  Ted Guazzaloca is again head of the Playground program and he has many new ideas and activities that will keep the kids engaged all summer long!  Brianna Wall is heading up the sailing program and Jessica Majewski will be directing tennis.  Some of the new activities we are offering include archery, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, babysitter safety courses, fishing, kayaking, surfing and skimboarding, yoga and more!

A mid-summer "Celebrate Brewster" weekend is being planned for the weekend of July 18 & 19 at Drummer Boy Park that includes a Movie Night on Friday and Safety Day on Saturday.
