There are many subtle ironies about this video. Most obvious is the presence of a YouTube video within a YouTube video. Slightly less noticeable is the fact that in order to make a 5 minute video about the dangers of living life in front of a glowing screen, I literally had to spend an entire summer glued to my laptop (ironically, the same laptop I was using while trapped in the virtual prison). I will not deny the fact that I am a complete hypocrite.

Here at Lower Cape TV we use the byline "The Really, Real... Reality TV. Cable access is about as real as it gets. Besides that I think that I too am trapped inside cable as long as LCTV is not a non-profit
