Truly a gentle man...one thing I'm sure of is when Mike McCaffery said "its for the children" it WAS for the children. All superintendants could learn from Mike.

I am so very sorry to hear this. I only had the honor of meeting him in real life once, at a meet-and-greet for the other online news forum, but I've always enjoyed his thoughtful and well-written observations. My sympathies to his loving family.

No matter the circumstance, you could not help but be cheered by Daniel's presence. He is missed by family and friends but will always be remembered. Those who knew Daniel will always have their favorite story...I know I have mine!

So sad.

Sorry to her family and loved ones.

By all accounts, she was a great individual.

Not having seen Judy for a few years I was pleasantly surprised to bump into her three years ago when i was working in Mattapoisett. Her news about the brain cancer she was fighting was a shock. Still we managed to laugh a lot about her years on the Cape and some of the folks she had brought together in performance.

This was a woman of great talent who felt compelled to share her gifts with the world. Hers is a great loss to this little corner of the world where she shed so much light. I shall miss her.

Certainly she was more like Gandhi or Martin Luther King, or Mother Teresa.
I'm sorry I didn't get to say goodbye. Judy Wallace's compassion lives on in those lives she touched and through them in many others.
Absolutely she will be remembered with smiles.
