Ah, I wasn't making "snide comments" I meant it as a joke, whereas SHE screamed that Peter Robbins worked for a blog... If you knew your facts, you see that (Past story, missing artwork) When Peter pressed for answers. answers.

So O'Keefe gave LeClair a noteworthy send off. Is this where my plethora of information about the compromise to public safety related to malfeasance of human services was routed? No wonder I couldn't get a shelter full of violent offenders closed down.

Corruption sucks. And quite making snide comments at Peter Robbins. He's one of the few that make sense these days.

O'Keefe kissing butt again? Scary! We know what happened last time.

Say hello to Maria Flook if you see her in your travels. Maybe she's in the laundry room washing her little man's towels.

Peter Robbins present for this shin-dig? Maybe he should have stood up and reported "Its a Blog! It's a blog!" and then run out with maniacal laughter...

The path the planets are orbiting through around the Sun is the Zodiac and it is not moving. For all practical purposes the path is sitting still and the planets are moving through the path around the Sun.

Thanks for reminding me about the primary between Jeff and Jim, I stand corrected. There may also be a primary for Senator Kerry if Ed O'Reilly gets 15% at the Democratic State Convention in June.

Good for Carter. He was an incredibly underrated president. I hope Barack takes his semi-endorsement and runs with it

The President should be a power-behind-the-throne bunch, and we should have a titular King and Queen that are chosed from a group of actresses/supermodels/athletes who go through a barbaric elimination process that actually murders some of the contestants.

Then we could be like, "Eff you, China.. our President killed a Mako Shark with his bare hands. What's your boy done?"

It just add's another superdelegate to Obama's column which has grown in the last several days with endorsements from two of Obama's colleagues in the US Senate; Bob Casey of Pa. and Amy Kolbichar of Minn.

For whom does the bell toll? It tolls (as well it should) for Obama.

An endorsement by the worst president in our history should sound the final death knell. Hillary should track him down and kiss him for that--as long as we won't have to watch it on U-Tube.

In response to: Send The Money to New Orleans
Look's like the news channels are starting to re-play the comments of another McCain supporter, Reverend Hagey who has made many outlandish statements including what caused Hurricane Katrina.

With all the recent statements by spirtual advisors, I have even greater admiration and respect for my minister, the Reverend Wesley Williams of the Orleans United Methodist Church.

Yes, but McCain is a current candidate for President, and his spiritual advisor called the American government "enablers of murder".
As bad as G-Damn America?
He should answer...good for the goose, good for the gander!

Oh my god...McCain really Does have a spiritual advisor!
Reverend Rod Parsley of the World Harvest Church of Columbus, Ohio -- whom Sen. John McCain hailed as a spiritual adviser -- has suggested on several occasions that the U.S. government was complicit in facilitating black genocide.
In speeches that have gone largely unnoticed, Parsley (who is white) compares Planned Parenthood, the reproductive care and family planning group, to the Klu Klux Klan and Nazis, and describes the American government as enablers of murder for supporting the organization.
"If I were call for the sterilization or the elimination of an entire segment of society, I'd be labeled a racists or a murderer, or at very best a Nazi," says Parsley.
This is the second time that controversial remarks by Parsley have surfaced on the campaign trail.Last week, David Corn of Mother Jones reported that the televangelist "called upon Christians to wage a 'war' against the 'false religion' of Islam with the aim of destroying it."

And what of John McCain?
Does he share these views?
And should he be ?? about it?

Don't fret. Clinton or Obama won't matter. As fed up as people may be with the Republicans, they are more fed up with the incredibly inept Democrats. John McCain will be our next president.

For old time's sake we can commission a painting of the last bunch of county officials and then lose the painting.

Does anyone know if super-delegates vote as private citizens in their home state primary? If so, does that mean they vote twice, once at home and then again at the convention?

Super delegates include; congressmen, US Senators, Governors and members of the Democratic National Committee.

Gary Hart's strong showing in 1984 was prior to his 1987 scandal.

In response to: Time to Regionalize?
Thanks for your comments Opinionator and Troy. Its clear that there is much more of a climate for discussing regionalization than there was several years back. County government works quite effectively in many parts of our country where city and town governments also exist and they have all seemed to figure out a division of resources and labor.

In response to: Time to Regionalize?
Ray - Good thoughts. Human services are absolutely a candidate for regionalization. Falmouth had the first ever Human Services department on the Cape and has been providing grants and services for over 20 years - Mashpee became an offshoot and now has its own. Imagine what could be accomplished if the whole Cape collaborated! The County has the infrastructure in place and would clearly be the way to go in terms of leadership and, for that matter, simple geography. Other funcitons could follow this successful lead. Let's keep the discussion going!
