I actually read and liked Libby's books except for the one on Obama. Would you please make your new one available for Kindle. Paper media is so yesterday.

Fair question! Libby just finished writing her second novel "Serious Fun with WHITE HOUSE SECRETS" and hasn't been able to cover anything at the Kennedy School of Government for ten months until yesterday. She is even handed and has written books about Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush, Margaret Thatcher, and Barack Obama. She's an Independent. She did mention George Shultz in the Pelosi article. He was a fine Secretary of State.

Here in Republican ville, Arizona. The rants have been so negative. This is no time to go negative. Their are too many things are at stake. Needless to say that being positive and hopeful are key opportunities to put this country in good working order. This constant barrage from right wing Republicans and conservatives, is so devastating, you have no idea what it does to our country. Constantly complaining instead being optimistic and supportive. Not supporting our president to be, is being defeated, counter-productive wanting Barack Obama to strike out now, would of course apply to all those that followed Bush like a parade. Nice catch-up on one of my favorite writers. That he chooses to live here, of all the places in the world, is a real complement to Cape Cod.

The thing about Obama is this: you shouldn't judge him by his fans. Just because I feel most people who support him are supporting him for the wrong reasons, it doesn't mean he's not a good candidate.

In other words, just because the Oprah-watching, guilt-ridden, irrational middle-class whities are voting for him because they think his skin color entitles him to be the Commander in Chief of the USA, and just because the unproductive underclass of America is voting for him to expand the welfare state, doesn't mean he's not a good candidate.

Or maybe it does. Hmmm.....

As if Iraq / the Middle East isn't enough of a quagmire now and has been for decades, now we have Russia rearing its ugly head again, and of course both messes are rooted in oil. Is Obama up to the task of dealing with all this? Not many people are.
