clamshelli, I didn't watch the whole trial but I did see snippets of it and I did see Jeremy F's little diddy. He looked somewhat 'prepared' and scared $hitless. I agree that absolutely that trial was a freak show most of it and there should have been a mistrail. That jury was whacked.

fletchersmum, I remember seeing a video of Ms.Worthington and her little daughter at a supermarket, supposedly it was the last time she had been seen alive. Her little daughter was wearing a light blue winter jacket.Some sort of fur or fleece or something like that.Those fibers could have been from her as well. capecod555,When Police show up repeatedly at homes or neighborhoods where theres Shootings, Fires Domestic and Drug and Alcohol situations and there are children that reside in the homes, It is the Police depts duty to report info to DSS etc when children are living in this sort of environment. This particular neighborhood (Fresh holes and Hiramar Rd) are an every day situation. It was probably a septic truck full of grease and they tried to go dump it at the Orleans plant(Tri Town) and found out it was a holiday and they were closed lol. They had this problem with Oceanside forgetting to put the cap on the valve before he went down the road and the grease ended up spilling out all over the West rd area.Ahh just my opinion"o)

I understand your certainly disturbed by all the things you believe are involved in that whole case.It certainly was somewhat of a cluster fk in a lot of ways.I did feel that Mr. Mcgowen was there at the house and when I heard that he stated he knocked the boots to her(not the exact words) he ws referring to beating her up and I do believe He may have done what he was accsed of. I also think he acted not alone.Whoever commited that horrible crime deserves to be punished, I do not believe the Police are corrupt, I do believe Ms. Flook is a fruitloop.I know all about contractors lol. LoL.I think the BPD really needs to do this no knock policy more often. manatee!, A good friend used to work for an elderly couple here in Dennis a couple yrs back and he was 94 and still drove everyday,, one day he backed out of his garage and went through it lol.He continued to drive for a while after that. They are both gone now lol,, Peacefully:o)

Yes certainly more disipline. Parents need to set a good example, for instance when ya see toddlers in the market being curious knocking over stuff and the parents yell hey jr. dont touch that your going to break something, then a few minutes later ya see the same family in the parking lot unloading groceries and the parent sends the carriage flying across the parking lot lol, instead of putting it where it belongs.Some parents should be sent to parenting school and should be fined when their kids are running rampant.

I used to play in that neighborhood as a child. The houses back then looked like Beaver Cleaverville.The houses freshly painted, the flower gardens, kids playing riding bikes and playing red rover green light red light and I used to go trick or treating there.Its very sad what has happened to this once very lovely neighborhood.I feel bad for the children that live there now and close by. Not fair for the decent people who are not part of the slime. I think the town board should camp out there for a week or so. Dennis would not tolerate that.

Hey I'm for it. I'd rather live near a snob then a run down crack, gun infested combat zone! I'd rather see the beautiful lawn and benz in the yard then the roof caving in and trash and rabid animals and people coming in and out all freakin hours of the night not knowing if when $#!+ hits the fan and they wrong someone. The shooter will be to buzzed up to know if they are aiming at the intended house that ripped them off of their fix.

Seems like that whole strip of Bearses way is troubled.You wont believe what a real estate in Bass River is advertising on thier site for the Fresh Holes rd area. They mention everything including an association fee, but not one damn thing about the drugs punks, guns , the filth.Its a wonder why some of our Cape towns are alil snobby.They probably dont want their towns infested with this crap. I dont even want to hear any more complaints about the Police didnt do this oh they did that ,how come they didnt, or how come they didnt take a differnt approach?????? Things are getting so out of control around this place, I live in the town of Dennis, and I say thank you to the Police and Firemen for everything.Thank you Tim C. My eyes and ears are wide open:o)

To many reasons to list.Lack of maintenance,not paying Americans a decent wage to work in these places and hiring foreiners that could give 2 craps about doing their job and having no clue how the rides should run properly and what signs to look for if something is not working properly,not protecting people when they go to these places to have a good time and either end up dead or mangled.Lazy owners, sipping pina colada's in the Bahamas not a care in the world to them except when their @$$&s are contacted by a lawyer that they are being sued.

May I add something else, to the finance committees of all our Cape towns. Instead of buying up all this property that sits and collects nothing but tourists that also contribute to our mess here, why dont you put together an attractive package to keep our exsisting Firemen and Policemen here. I'm exhausted reading about this living hell. I cannot imagine the load on their shoulders of these Firemen and Police,I can be a victim too and so can you . Just because you have history and houses in these towns going back hundreds of yrs does not mean you are not a potential victim. Fat wallets ,beach front homes and expensive living doesn't shield you. So get off the ignorant stick.

This has been the summer of hell on Cape Cod.Traffic accidents people getting hit on bikes, near drownings, robbery,drugs, and anything else we may not hear about. Now for the &%$#ing drunk Drivers, why cant we put signs up at every town line and at both bridges, Drunk Driving not tolerated!!! Drunk Drivers will be shot on site. They are nothing but pieces of $#!+,I grew up here on the cape and I'm really starting to hate it.

Fireman, I hear ya, I got so pissed yesterday when I read this story about this child that nearly drowned. My first thought was why did her caretakers(parents , whom ever)let this child unattended around a pool of all places? No child should be left unattended near water, wether it be 1 inch deep or a pool full of water, I'd like to slap the $#!+ outta some irresponsible people.I hope this child will be ok. I'm not to fond of that part of Dennis at all.

I think that from now on when theres an accident anywhere the police on the scene should first of course check out the people for injuries of course, but then immediatly ask the people to hand over their cell phones to be checked for recent calls or tex's to see if they where on the phones prior to the accident.All these accidents lately have my head spinning. A word to the wise, slowwwww down, pull over to a safe spot if ya want to make a call or tex and keep your eyes on the road and pay attention for pete sakes!!! Buckle up too.

Thank you') You stay safe and be careful as well.I have had my share of insulting under my breath and posting my opinion here as well, but seeing these 2 accidents has really saddend me for these young girls and their families as well as the Firefighters and police that respond to the scenes of these horrific accidents.I give thanks for people that truely care for others and dedicate their lives to helping starangers no matter what the circumstance.
