We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to escape, even just for an hour to gather your thoughts. Our philosophy is that the body and mind are as one. Take a moment to rejuvenate your mind as well as your body. (Dennis)

Man flees home with towels and underwear
Centerville--A Hyannis man was arrested after he allegedly entered a home on Shootflying Hill Road last night and stole, among other things, a bra.
A woman came out of her bedroom at about 6:30 p.m. and was shocked to see a man, later identified as Christopher Baker, 39, standing in the hallway, said Barnstable Lt. William Packer.
"She yelled at him and he fled," Packer said.
Using a dog, police were able to track Baker to Glenwood Avenue, Packer said.
He possessed towels from the Shootflying Hill Road residence and a bra owned by the daughter of the woman who discovered him, he said.
Baker faces charges of unarmed burglary and larceny.
