Wondering if the relative of the bicyclist called 911..a law passed 2 years ago that all cell phones had to have GPS..that way if someone called 911 from a cell phone, they would not have to know where they were..the mapping system would tell the 911 operator the caller's location, to within 150'...so pay attention: if you have an emergency and can't tell where you are, even if you know the FD/PD phone number, dial 911 from a cell phone so the mapping system can assist.

Bitter- only one last comment..I have no agenda other than being friend and saying a couple of kind words about MM, I'm certainly not affiliated with the CCTimes or any other paper. I'm just a girl in Wellfleet who had the pleasure of being MMs friend. The Chris Lucy comment was in response to Crusader suggesting I ask him what he thinks of DC, it was a subject from an earlier posting, not just tossed out of thin air. The 'we' who think he needs to go away is just local people who think he's unhappy about too much and on some power trip, always trying to rip the PD..the TPD is the only FULLY accredited police station on cape, they didn't get that distinction by way of easy street, they worked for it....ciao!

'prosecution lacky'? 'sent to make nice'? lol wtf does that stuff even mean?? what a riot..your allegations are preposterous...I know nothing of DNA submissions or refusals on behalf of anyone. I can only guess that any man who refused to give a sample refused for the best reason there is...cuz they could.

I feel there were a lot of derogatory comments made about MM in the past in blogs and 'Cowboy Cop' doesn't have a positive ring to it..Clamshelli's comments on 4/12 at 6pm weren't positive either "i'd believe half of what he says"..I just wanted to sound off as his friend, someone who really knows him and you are right, he is a sincere person. As to DC, I know there's always been a bit of controversy surrounding him but I know him, he is a friend and it is my opinion that he is not a bad guy and I'm tired of him being used as Truro's punching bag. He's a definately a cop that would give you a break. Just because my opinion of DC is contrary to popular onion, doesn't mean 'my story' is not genuine. ...Now Chris Lucy, on the other hand has been nothing but a pain in the ass and a whiner since he got on the Truro BOS, we're all tired of him, he needs to go away.

About Mazzone..Mikie, your real friends love you and miss you!..we know you're a great cop..the anarchists around here just couldn't deal with your pro-active approach to policing. For those who didn't know him (I mean really know him)He put in a ton of time trying to rid the 'fleet of Vitamin H and its users, the scumbags who did B&Es and all the other losers who try to bring this place down. No, he didn't do a brief stint with the DA's office, he went to Barnstable County Sheriff's Office before Florida...if you don't know what you're talking about, don't say it.

The two cars were comparable wagons, one just a little smaller than the other..if everyone would just stay in their own lane it would be fine..the girl in the car just turned 15 the day before and she was very close to her mother..this is the same stretch of highway this woman had driven countless number of times..keep your eyes peeled at all times, you never know when you'll have to react..
