Cape Cod's favorite water park featuring sky-high waterslides, tube rides, swimming, kiddie water attractions, wave pool and large children's water play structure. Fun for everyone! (Wareham)

Unbelievable events.
they really played this game? This was actual testimony??

In your zest for tearing down the DA, I believe you are being a traitor to your own gender. All that I have read spells ABUSE in this case. The case went before a Grand Jury and they did not indict.
" She told her coworkers and friends that her black eyes and other facial injuries were the result of playing basketball with her sons." (Boston Globe)
I have to assume that there were witnesses to this and this is what the Grand Jury responded to.
When you talk about her "health" - you mean her depression and suicide attempt?? And you don't think that was a result of being trapped in an abusive "good catholic" marriage?? Are you saying that this "health" problem is proof that she was unstable - and the fact that she first tried to take her own life should be used against her?
I found the brother-in-law's interview to be pathetic and incredibly transparent. I can't believe hyannis.com would lap it up like that without question.

Shows a certain attitude - like, it was HIS abortion, HIS body, etc. Maybe it is a family issue. Have a hard time with somebody defending M. Vick for one thing. That guy was not just betting on dog fights - he was executing dogs who weren't aggressive enough. Some comparison to use! Perhaps very telling.
Same with the interview with the brother-in-law. The guy is divorced so he obviously has this deep resentment of the Gryboski women. If he could have contained that obvious resentment and hatred, I might have believed him more.

This stunned us to no end. and then to read in the Boston globe of how wonderful the Doctor's family ."
How is Pat going to get an abortion? Isn't that a man we are talking about?

"Asked about his prosecution style, he said: "You've got a limited amount of resources to bring to bear on this process of criminal justice," said O'Keefe, who said most crimes either fall into the category of "human frailty" or "genuine evil."
"Use a little compassion when it's human frailty. Use the heavy foot of the District Attorney's Office when it's genuine evil."
...so, I guess he figures he gets to decide.

Having raised a 2 yr. old, it is not necessarily true that they wake up easily. sometimes they do and then sometimes they sleep through anything.
It is also my opinion that Ava might have been watching TV when this happened - most of it happened outside and what happened inside was so fast that Ava did not see. The time-of-death estimate puts this murder during the daytime. Probably in the morning (saturday).
