2. If they have been and/or are incarcerated, do they receive bingo checks, in jail or prison?
3. If on public assistance, i.e., housing, welfare, food stamps (taxpayers dime), etc., do they still receive bingo checks, or does that mean taxpayers no longer have to pay for their problems?
4. Does the Mashpee constitution even slightly resemble the Aquinnah constitution?
