Will the eventual determined facility be wind, solar, gas, oil, or coal fired for warmth?

Is there a conspiracy involving the number 17?

Will there be a "cat fight"?

Is a mud wrestling pit provided for entertainment..?

Will die hard democrats be forced to pay a fixed entrance fee to unions?

Will independents have 'free will 'choice fee?

Will republicans be forced to pay a higher corporate fee?

Will all white males be charged an additional reparations fee?

Will there be an all inclusive diverse audience percentage wise?

Will smoking be allowed?..oh the horror of such a question..sorry.

Well, Mr Walker

Your time to visit the land of Patti Page, scandals, coverrups, corruption, vacation destinations, and CC 2 DAY is fast approaching.

What IS the final determination of such a meeting place with so many important luminaries possibly attending?

Is there a cover charge?

Will food and adult beverages be served?

Is there a 'head' table for the bloggers as opposed to footstools the troll commentators?

Will cru and margebuuny sign a peace accord before entry?

Will Walter attend and moderate the inevitable debates?

Will ned sketch a composite group portrait?

Will Anna take pictures?

These are but a few vital questions that need addressing, in my opinion.

Your response is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

there's more...

Shakir advises the Muslim community in America to wage a cultural jihad now, and a violent jihad later – once the proper "infrastructure" is in place.

He says Muslims should respect American democracy insofar as it can be exploited to help the Brotherhood one day assume power here.

And the only thing that could stop the Islamization of America, he notes, is if its people rose up and denied the subversive movement the unbridled freedom it's heretofore enjoyed.

However, if Americans were to do that, Muslims would then be obligated, he says, to exercise their supposedly "divine legal right" to rise up and wage violent jihad.

How's your powder doin?

From: CONSPIRATORS' HIERARCHY: THE COMMITTEE OF 300 by Dr. John Coleman

The One World Government began to set up its church in the 1920:s and 30:s,for they realized the need for a religious belief inherent in mankind must have an outlet and, therefore, set up a "church" body to channel that belief in the direction they desired.
2.To bring about the utter destruction of all national identity and national pride, which was a primary consideration if the concept of a One World Government was to work.
Perhaps the most startling admission of the existence of the super-secret organization came from President Wilson in the last days of his presidency:

From the director of the CBO

Director’s Blog

« Federal Budget Deficit Totals $1.4 Trillion in Fiscal Year 2009Entitlement Spending and the Long-Term Budget Outlook »Updated Estimate for Health Care Legislation Pending in the House
Earlier today, I posted a blog about the cost estimate for the health care legislation pending in the House. I explained how the repeal of certain tax rules in H.R. 3962, the health care bill, would now generate less revenue because the rules would only be in effect for two years during the 2010-2019 period as a result of the unemployment legislation that was signed into law today. The original estimate for the impact of that repeal under H.R. 3962, about $26 billion over the 10-year period, will now be reduced to about $6 billion. CBO just issued an updated estimate for the health care bill, reflecting the fact that the additional revenues that would result from its enactment will be smaller than those shown in last night’s estimate.

ZERO DEFICIT?

Ithink not..

I know they hate the facts!
But what does the director of CBO know?

At least we can laugh at them,as they have no sense of humor,no pride in this nation, and take themselves as the only right way of discerning the world.

"Read the friggin bill, that's if you can read".
Under the proposed HR3926 , the right to NOT sue insurance companies remains ,by keeping ERISA intact.
Your illustrious leader Harry Reid, and Ted Kennedy both quoted the following..

Kennedy :“Patients should have the right to hold their [insurance company] accountable in court when its negligence causes the injury or death of a patient. No other industry in America enjoys immunity from accountability for its actions, and the insurance industry does not deserve it either.
Harry Reid.
"Today, even an HMO involved directly in dictating, denying, or delaying care for a patient can use a loophole in what we call ERISA to avoid any responsibility for the consequences of its actions,” “The American people simply do not support that.”

Page 140 of the House bill reads: “Nothing in paragraphs (1) or (2) shall be construed as affecting the application of section 514 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.”

So much for reform and protecting patients rights.

H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax.”

Under the proposed plan, failure to comply with govt imposed acceptable insurance, you will be taxed.

The residents in Capitol Hill have destroyed our nation, relegated the constitution to a worthless piece of paper, and cowtowed to special interests of all persuasions for the last century, all to their self rewards and total false promises of helping the taxpayers.

Our forefathers granted them medicare, medicaid, social security and they've raided the coffers of all those programs, to supplement sweet deals and reward corporate and low life welfare for generations.
Our grandparents and parents fought and gave their lives for this country while the politicians screwed them for a homecoming reward..

The fundamental consistency of DNC support for the Public Option:

1. It represents an expansion of government and thus is to be proactive and efficient.

2. Because it has lower costs/premiums, private insurers won't be able to compete with it. Private insurers will go out of business.

Hmmm... how do those 2 positions fit together? If the Public Option will be so efficient, how the heck will it have lower costs and premiums? Obviously, that makes no sense. Of course, saying non-sensitical things to support its "big-government at any cost" philosophy is no problem for the DNC.

And I really love it when the DNC loves the fact that private insurers won't be able to compete. I guess that, in order to guarantee those bureaucrats profit margins and bonuses for its executives, the rest of us must pay higher taxes, huh?

Yet again the DNC shows itself to be nothing but BIG-government no matter what, pro-Obama and anti-big business.

If the GOP thinks, for a moment, that this current wave of repudiation of Team Obama validates them, they are sorely mistaken.
The GOP is no more fiscally conservative than the DNC..
The GOP is also in the crosshairs with independents..
First, remove the blatant big government pols.
Next, elect pro US, pro Constitutional candidates, not party hacks.

As Howard Deans campaign manager stated last night..all incumbents, both GOP and DNC should be ready for the independent groundswell in 2010, and especially 2012..
Most independents are former repubs, dems, and are unifying against all big government hacks, and party bosses..all of them.!!
Bush & co spent money like a gang of drunken sailors..Obama and co. are spending money like a naval fleet of drunken sailors.
Never mind the collective corruption from both sides...neither will ever be held accountable as they are all one big party behind closed doors.

And the party is about to end.

'V' aims at Obamamania

Imagine this. At a time of political turmoil, a charismatic, telegenic new leader arrives virtually out of nowhere. He offers a message of hope and reconciliation based on compromise and promises to marshal technology for a better future that will include universal health care.

The news media swoons in admiration..
The public is likewise smitten, except for a few nut cases who circulate batty rumors on the Internet about the leader's origins and intentions. The leader, undismayed, offers assurances that are soothing, if also just a tiny bit condescending: "Embracing change is never easy."
it's also a barbed commentary on Obamamania that will infuriate the president's supporters and delight his detractors.

How's New Jersey and Virginia doing for ya?

Glad to see someone has common sense here.
This warming/green energy/cap&trade/carbon footprint is the biggest hoax perpetrated on the planet.. ever.

Like we're going to breathe fresher air, pay lower rates, reduce global warming, and stop the erosion of Cape Cod only if we erect the Don Quixote windmills.

How's hope and change doing for you?

The Difference
If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn`t buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn`t eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.

If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he
demands legislated respect.

If a black man or Hispanic are conservative, they see themselves as independently successful.
Their liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.

If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.

As you aptly stated by Ike,the military industrial complex, along with international banking conglomerates, have perpetuated war as it is good for business..period.
As the left attacks the right, and vice versa, the proponents and financiers of both sides, profit enormously from all war scenarios.
Funny how George Soros, darling of extreme leftist agendas, bought millions of shares in Halliburton.
SEC documents reveal that George Soros bought 1.9 million shares of Halliburton stock in the fourth quarter of 2006.
Soros gave more than $20 million to "527" organizations in the 2004 election, many of which used anti-Halliburton bashing as a rallying cry for the anti-war Left.
He also owned over 70,000 shares of KBR til he sold out in 2009.
Soros donated 200,000 to Obama's Inauguration.
According to Federal Election Commission data collected in mid-October by the Center for Responsive Politics, the defense sector has donated 34 percent more to Sen. Barack Obama than to his Republican opponent for president, Sen. John McCain.

I submit, that when elections come in 2010, both the GOP and DNC are in for some shocking stats.
Unless some rising star of the likes of JFK, or Ike come to the forefront,it remains business as usual.
Funny how the anti-war crowd is silent on NEW contracts with Halliburton, KBR, et al,and silent on the increasing casulaties, spending, and malaise in Afghanistan.

Now the WHO is coming to help everyone, to rescue us all from the swine flu pandemic that wasartificiallycreatedby the military and the pharmaceutical companies which run it.
The flu appears was created in a lab, or so says Adrian Gibbs, the virologist who helped develop Tamiflu,so suggests the New England Journal of Medicine.
And certainly the "pandemic" comes with an immense amount of "preparedness." In case there is a "pandemic emergency," Bush and Cheney made arrangements to end the US as a constitutional country, the take over of industry, communication, transportation, all resources, all food and farms, and people. The take over of people was also included, whether forcing them into concentration camps (built in the hundreds by Bush and Cheney) or organizing them into civilian labor gangs.

As I previously commented, war is for cash and the sustainability of commerce to provide us with the quality of life we once enjoyed.
well not anymore..
Bush, and his heir apparent, and all predecessors, save for JFK and Eisenhower, were, and are, players with banking, nation rebuilders, multinationalists, globalists and the new world order, basically securing,(and setting the agenda through legislation and pre-emptive wars),a global economy and eventual oneworld government.
It is unfortunate that most buy into the right/left,lib/conservative, gop/dnc crap which is all devised for one purpose..division amongst the people.
The current administration is the forefront for the agenda, skillfully planned by the prior administrations, and they all benefit while we face severe economic travesties,(All planned by Both parties)and loss of economic, personal, and so called constitutional rights.. The premise for all modern war is cash.
1. strategic positioning against potential threats percieved.
Including commerce,resources, investments,banking,etc.
2.securing vital strategic natural resources(oil).and the free flow of such without interruption.
3. Nation rebuilding.as the Roman empire did.
very lucrative for bankers and contractors who always support and recieve the spoils of war.
4.New opps for expanded banking, commerce, and industry.
5.And most important, the military industrial complex, which employs millions throughout the world.
If any one studies modern history in depth, you'd realize that most of Nazi Germany and its war industry, was funded and owned by international corps based in the US.
After allied bombing,we paid millions in reparations to American companies whose factories were destroyed by our military..hmm.
Fast forward..Saddam was financed and supplied with weapons against our then threat of Iran, until he posed a threat to the Saudis, then all bets were off and we had to dispose of him for our interest(oil)with the Saudis.
Do the research.

It always goes back to the GOP over and over and over again.
The GOP is totally hapless and ineffective now.
Or is Bush /Cheney pulling OB'S and fOX?

Hmm..let's digress for a moment..

Wait a minute, Jeffery Immelt comes to mind..sorry.
As far as the right wing talk show hate mongers(yes I do listen), they encourage liberals to come on the shows and dedicate lines to come to the front of all callers..
But, then again, you believe the other talking points as you obviously have never listened to the opposition..I do.
ABC,CBS,NBC,CNN,NPR,Daily Kos,Huffington,Alternet,Myleftwing.com, etc.

My question is this, if millions of listeners, and watchers choose the Fox gang, and Limbaugh, what's the worry?
There's 52 million of you who voted for OB, and he and the dems, along with the entire news media, except Fox, run the world now.
Relax..Hope and Change are here.

I have dissented from the current system for 40 years, especially against Nixon, and now Obama.
The predecessors, and nominees, such as Truman, Eisenhower,JFK, HHHumphrey, were all anti big government, anti miltary establishment, anti fed reserve, and warned us of the consequences of those powers to be and, were correct.
To be blinded by any politician and his words is folly..actions are what dictates dissent, especially when promised change, and nothing but lies delivered.
At least the prior candidates called upon the citizens for their resolve, and belief in the principles of the Constitution, and allowed their respective resolve to flourish.
Eisenhower warned of the miltary complex in the 50's as a 4 star General.
We now are in the age of international bankers, the complex, international corps, dictating policy while the strings are pulled, and accepted by the candidates and congress.

Amherst leaders are backing a resolution offering the Massachusetts college town as a possible resettlement home for two Guantanamo detainees if they are released from the military prison.
The board voted 2-1 yesterday to endorse a warrant article filed on behalf of the two men by the group Pioneer Valley No More Guantanamos. The resolution would require approval from town meeting. It also calls on Congress to lift a ban on relocating former Guantanamo prisoners — even those cleared of wrongdoing — from resettling in the U.S.

After all, it was a professor at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst who said, “[The U.S.] flag is a symbol of terrorism and death and fear and destruction and oppression.”

General Electric is heavily invested in carbon cap and trade. In order to make that investment pay off, the company needs Congress and President Obama to pass cap and trade legislation. So it’s little wonder that GE’s media subsidiaries at NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, etc. are 100% in favor of cap and trade.

http://understory.ran.org/2009/04/04/greenhypocrisy/

The irony of the “green” movement of US companies is that many of the firms that spend the most money and public relations effort trying to show the government, the public, and their shareholders that they are trying to improve the environment are also among the most prolific polluters in the country.

These firms often spend millions of dollars on advertising to support the way that their companies are perceived in the green world. But, hidden behind these efforts, each corporation on this list is a Herculean polluter. And, that fact points to a hypocrisy which is almost completely hidden from the public.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is spending $4 billion this year alone on "road-building" activities in Afghanistan, with that same amount or more pledged in 2010. And $2 billion of American taxpayer money has already been spent constructing facilities for the Afghan army and police forces, with another $1.2 billion budgeted for this year.

Now, the Obama administration has voiced its intention to expand U.S. military efforts in Pakistan as well. President Obama is currently seeking as much as $3 billion over the next five years to train and equip Pakistan's military, in addition to $7.5 billion in civilian aid.

The current cost of the war in Afghanistan is $2 billion per month and will most likely increase by 60% this year.
Barack Obama is seeking $83.4 billion in additional 'emergency' funding for the American wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, which, if approved, would bring the 2009 funding to around $150 billion and the overall costs of the two wars to nearly $1 trillion."

Ironically,Obama,as a senator, was a harsh critic of the Bush administration..
Moreover, this latest request by President Obama is in addition to the $534 billion military budget his administration recently unveiled. That budget was for fiscal 2010 and was an increase over the last Bush administration military budget from 2009.

For mega-corporations such as Halliburton, KBR, DynCorp and Blackwater, which still operate in Afghanistan and are some of the nation's largest military contractors, war equals profit.

An increase over Bush's military budget?

Western capitalists have poured billions of dollars into exploration, infrastructure, massive bribes, and military build-ups. And yet, after ten years, almost no Caspian oil or gas is reaching the world market. Oil pipelines are fragile, vulnerable and extremely expensive. No capitalist wants to build a multi-billion-dollar pipeline unless they are sure that local governments can protect it.

This brings us to Afghanistan--and to the intense new U.S. war on Afghanistan."

Unfortunately, for you and many others, the truth is the theatre of the absurd ,as you turn the absurd into fact.
I will state, again , that all that is occurring worldwide was planned long ago, now coming to fruition, and our sovereignty as a nation , and the world as we now know it,will end soon as relatively free societies implode, and financial markets crash.
And, when it does, don't reply to me ,which you will not,as I don't wish it to be so.
You, from the left and right are so wired to your dogmas that it is profoundly pathetic.

Your entire precept of what is fact and what is ensuing is so far removed from reality.

None of this is based on any biblical, or other, religious prophecies..just fact of what is to occur without any intervention preceeding it.

Obama signs first law without Web comment
Updated: Thursday, January 29th, 2009 | By Angie Drobnic Holan

One of President Obama's major campaign planks was making government more open and accountable. It's a reaction to a habit in Congress of rushing bills through the House and Senate without giving people much opportunity to know what the bills would do. Indeed, sometimes members of Congress don't even know what's in the bills.

So Obama pledged during the campaign to institute "sunlight before signing."

"Too often bills are rushed through Congress and to the president before the public has the opportunity to review them," Obama's campaign Web site states . "As president, Obama will not sign any nonemergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House Web site for five days."

But the first bill Obama signed into law as president — the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act — got no such vetting.

Credit card bill of rights passed without five-day break
Updated: Tuesday, May 26th, 2009 | By Angie Drobnic Holan

The camera lights still outshine sunlight at the Obama White House. In his latest violation of this promise, President Barack Obama signed the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009 on May 22, only two days after the bill was finalized in Congress.

The law doesn't take effect for a full year, so it clearly is not emergency legislation.

Nine days after taking office, he signed a bill into law without posting it on Whitehouse.gov for five days. Since then, 10 more bills have become law over the president's signature, and only one has been posted online for five days — and that was for five days after it cleared Congress, not after formal presentment. Two bills have been held by the White House for five days before signing — but they weren't posted online!

The reason for the financial meltdown is due to
1. leniency by both gop and dnc leaders who are in bed with the wall street gang and allowed the massive lending(forced by govt edicts to lend to non qualified lenders).
Both dems and repubs benefitted from this, and now those who raked in millions are part, and in cabinet positions, of the new boss in the White House.
Repubs failed to reel it in, as did the dems.
Dems blame repubs, repubs blame the dems, it's all nonsense!
2.A collective effort to destroy our economy by international globalists, in collusion with wall street and congress, so that a new world currency will be in place, soon!
Conspiracy..no
Fact..yes.
It's all aruse perpetrated on all of us for a global agenda.
Witness the Chinese buying our debt, the devaluation of the dollar world wide, collapse of our financial system so quick,etc..
Those who hold on to the diatribe of gop and dnc are the blind ones.
This has been in place, and planned, since the 50's and finally coming to fruition.

To blame the recipients of sub prime lending is ludicrous.

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction, with the intention (in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807) of substantially limiting the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. The Act prohibits most members of the federal uniformed services (today the Army, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service) from exercising nominally state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain "law and order" on non-federal property (states and their counties and municipal divisions) within the United States.

You and I are dinosaurs who witnessed history since the early fifties and were affected by the results.
This culmination since the last 10 months is a daily onslaught to all we hold within our beliefs.
It comes so fast, daily, that we must react with diligence and collect our thoughts.
All we were told is false , except the standings of the Constitution, Bill of Rights.
This gang is destroying our entire system, with the predecessors(Bush/Cheney/Clinton,etc)laying the groundwork for OB.
What to do, how to react, how to change it, is the proverbial question.
Repubs and dems have been totally complicit with the demise of our nation and there are many of us who, studying and understanding history, must face this challenge with vigilence, and if required, with extreme opposition as our founders did in the 1700's.
So be it..

Coming from a diverse family,(hispanic, english, irish, italian, black),and family directly involved with state dept. and nsa, I have a perspective unique to myself..period!
I have my viewpoints to the current demise of the world and I will share my comments as I see it..
I constantly peruse all sites from conservative to communist to gain an insight to the human element and what they perceive...
If that's a problem, it's your problem, not mine.

To buy into Fox as much as CNN is narrowminded..

Even the socialist party international, along with far left democrats, are in an uproar over his agenda.
He aligned himself with wall street power brokers, who are now part of his cabinet and administration, who assisted in the collapse of financial markets and profited handsomely while disposing of the compettion on Wall Street.
Meanwhile, they attack profiteering ,capitalism, and embrace Marxist philosophies, while making millions demonizing the same system that rewarded them all.

Perhaps crusader might explain,in a nutshell, what ensued with her mortgage situation.
I always engage a real estate attorney(300 usual charge) on all mortgage related agreements before signing.
However, the legalize agreed upon does not prevent future fraud by the lender (and regressive actions) as we've seen in the lending world recently.
I was approached by dozens of scam artists to 'modify' my mortgage for a mere fee of 2000 deneros.
I immediately requested, via email, a copy of the proposal, submitted to my attorney, and denied all proposals.
Subsequently, I called my lender* who happened to be qualified for the HAMP program.*(not a subprime lender)
Suffice to say, I reduced my rate from 6.5 to 2% fixed..no costs, no points, and modified successfully for the remainder of my loan.
Never late, nor facing foreclosure either..just happened to qualify being a moderate income, equity, and debt to ratio value.
Beware of any proposals and offers otherwise!

It is the one thing the current administration achieved that worked for me.

However, there has traditionally been an effort to demonstrate a degree of independence from Wall Street in the selection of cabinet officials and high-ranking presidential aides, often through the appointment of figures from academia or the public sector. In previous decades, moreover, representatives of the corporate elite were more likely to come from industry than from finance.
These are the deeply reactionary political and class interests that are represented by the Obama administration.

Friday’s financial disclosures further expose the bankruptcy of American democracy. Elections have no real effect on government policy, which is determined by the interests of the financial aristocracy that dominates both political parties. The working class can fight for its own interests—for jobs, decent living standards, health care, education, housing and an end to war—only through a break with the two parties of American capitalism and the development of a mass, independent socialist movement.

Even the socialists are upset.

U.S. charges 41 in suspected mortgage fraud scheme
By Edith Honan Edith Honan – Thu Oct 15, 4:00 pm ET
NEW YORK (Reuters) – U.S. authorities charged 41 people in a suspected mortgage fraud scheme that cheated lenders out of more than $64 million on more than 100 New York state properties, prosecutors said on Thursday.

Thirty-one suspects were arrested or had surrendered in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and North Carolina in a round-up dubbed Operation Bad Deeds. Charges in the eight separate criminal cases include conspiracy, wire fraud and bank fraud.

Prosecutors allege the suspects perpetrated an array of scams including one that targeted people on the verge of losing their homes, tricking them into giving up equity in their homes with false promises that the properties would be saved.

Despite Pledge to Limit Role, Lobbyists Still a Presence in Obama White House
Despite President Obama’s pledge to restrict former lobbyists in the White House, several are set to play key roles in his administration. The National Journal is reporting fourteen of the 112 White House staffers that Obama has named had been registered as lobbyists at some point since 2005. [includes rush transcript]

January 2007 and June 2009, Max Baucus, the chair of the powerful Senate Finance Committee, collected contributions from thirty-seven outside lobbyists representing the pharmaceutical industry’s chief trade association, PhRMA, as well as thirty-six lobbyists who listed drug maker Amgen as their client. In all, eleven major health and insurance firms had their contributions to Baucus boosted through extra donations from ten or more of their outside lobbyists.

Here's an excerpt (in Camille Paglia's column )from a reader's letter(from central America)http://www.salon.com/opinion/paglia/2009/10/14/teaparty/

I see Obama and his presidency as the crowning of the ideas of that northeastern liberal aristocracy you so much criticize. He appears to me as a cliché of all their pathologies, and yet you seem infatuated with him. You continually praise his speech and demeanor while to me it seems like a mask for his lack of substance. I find him to be a man of an oversized ego, with a messianic complex and a cult-like following, which would not be so scary if he didn't wear the media as his own personal lap dog.

As a person born and raised in Latin America who studies history as a hobby, I can't help but see President Obama as the closest thing we have had in this country to the long line of populist leaders who have been the scourge of Latin America for decades and sent many of us here into exile. He is not a Chavez-like figure who uses vulgarity and threats as a weapon but a more sophisticated version of a young Peron.

There's a distinct three tiered mindset now in America .

1.Those who support the state unequivocally and want to 'fundamentally change the course of America"..
a land of freedom and promise into an Orwellian nightmare of control and servitude to the state.
They wholehearted beleive the new state is not the old state(Bush/Cheney,(Blackwater/Halliburton,Rothschilds, etc)and will be vanquished.

2.The other vision is to stand up and take control of our future as a nation. The real power is not in Washington, (vested in those that we elected to office) but the real power in America is in the honor and will of the people.

3.Wall Street,Bankers,Military Complex, Pharma,etal have another plan..
complicit in the indoctrination procedures and aligned with the state all along, creating the fiscal demise, and well planned division amongst the citizens.

I,as you and many others,choose #2.

Never did I beleive it would happen, even though warned 40 years ago by family members in state intelligence.

Yes, bush started the mess, and Obama continued, not inherited.

It's the same parlor trick the repubs used when blaming clinton for all his prior messes they supposedly inherited..blah blah blah.
Don't expect any of you to see the facts on that as long as you continue the same diatribe of bush derangement.
You've obviously read my prior comments and might realize I do not support what bush did either, nor clinton, and linked sights to prove that.
I also peruse all polical blogs and sights to sift information from all points of view..as linked on my comments as well.
Murdoch is as nefarious as Soros.
Two completely different idealogues, but billionaires yes, and both push their respective agendas, left, right, or otherwise.
My point is this..
Fox is doing to Obama, what the rest of media USED to do to Bush.
Are they all so in the tank for government.?. they are silent.
That's my point of view.
I'm not beholding to any government propaganda.

I'm all for fox revealing corruption no matter how small they be(ie Acorn).
The major networks Used to expose govt corruption but are all in the tank for OB due to being pc.
They were diligent aginst bush and now eerily silent on OB.

His bailout of the wall street gang is just one of dozens that never seems to get airtime, yet alone the cozy relationship with GE,and big pharma, with the upcoming healthcare debacle.
Halliburton,KBR, Blackwater, are still nationbuilding for Iraq,Pakistan, and Afghanistan as we speak and, despite huge fines and penalties, still being funded by Washington.
crickets from the left propagandists..
perhaps cause one of their own is now in power and now it's ok?

Anyways,I'M glad the White House has declared war on Fox..hope fox reveals more corruption from the enemy in DC.
First they declared war on those private citizens who oppose them, now it's a major media outlet.
And continue questioning all authority, including Fox.
At least Murdoch, like him or not, questions instead of blind allegiance, and acceptance like the rest.

The difference between Acorn, and say, military contractors is simple.
Acorn receives a paltry grant subsidy from the pols,(not that they donate to the pols)
On the other hand, nation builders donate countless millions to finance elections for the pols, receive a pass,or a Mere fine of millions,to keep em honest for the public viewing and placation.
Meanwhile, corps defraud the public trust for billions.

2008 Election officials in Indiana have thrown out more than 4,000 ACORN-submitted voter registrations after finding they had identical handwriting and included the names of many deceased Indianans, and even the name of a fast food restaurant.
NM 2008 Prosecutors are investigating more than 1,100 ACORN-submitted voter registration cards after a county clerk found them to be fraudulent. Many of the cards included duplicate names and slightly altered personal information.

"Fooled again" contd..

In the sixties,we were of a mindset that big government was the problem, that inherently all pols lie to us for votes, power, and were puppets of the international corporations.
Media, was investigative and helped expose the lies and corruptuion which fueled national debate and some change in government policies..at least enought to placate us.
Jounalists were then government watchdogs and brought the inevitable end to Vietnam and the downfall of Nixon.
The fallacy of trusting either party or leader without question, will lead to tyranny.
The fallacy of allowing big brother into our lives and run the corporations, and wall street,is the proverbial fox(no pun intended) watching the hen house.
The gop is a mess, corrupt, and extremely guilty in the actions that have lead to our current malaise.
Don't however,be fooled again, that the knighted one and his party are going to ride into dodge and clean up the mess!
They were, and are,all collaborators as well.

There are those who understand how Israel capitulated to demands of reconciliation, and peace, only to be attacked once again.
Real peace, not the storybook version, has been acheived, unfortunately, by those (with the concept of democracy) yielding the enemy with relentless destruction til their surrender.
There are those, who if had the upper hand, would've destroyed entire populations after surrender.
That seems to be the only difference amongst nations throughout our history.
Then, there are those, who fail to understand the human condition and wish to appease, and talk to, those whose goal is total annihilation.

Even the left pundits yesterday admitted the award was a diss against Bush, at best..fine.
Meanwhile, words, as you say, fly endlessly 24 hours a day speculating, ruminating, while the real effects that affect us all are plannned behind closed doors.
Throughout the last century, we've been placated by words until they are now meaningless to many of us, as the world continues to pursue it's spiralling demise through promises, and overtures, of peace never acheived.
Obama best be careful with words of hope and change and peace, because, as always, the shit hits the fan sooner or later.
Promises never fulfilled create a backlash..extended hopes of diplomacy with ruthless dictators only empowers them further while they build their armies, and play the diplomats, like Obama.
Witness the last 2 world wars, with extensions of diplomacy to Russia and Germany by the leaders of the western world, prefacing the inevitable dispatch of global wars by those who were extended the hope of peace through words.
Those who fail to understand the past, are destined to repeat it.

Nobel's Will and the Peace Prize
When Alfred Nobel died on December 10, 1896, it was discovered that he had left a will, dated November 27, 1895, according to which most of his vast wealth was to be used for five prizes, including one for peace. The prize for peace was to be awarded to the person who "shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding of peace congresses." The prize was to be awarded "by a committee of five persons to be elected by the Norwegian Storting."

Jane,dk,r-five,
It's refreshing to hear from those who see beyond party dialogues, and know that both parties are equally culpable for the disaster we're in,and about to face in the near future.
Bush &co,under the guise of fiscal conservative repubs, spent money, and increased government growth, quicker than Clinton could ever dream of.
Obama & co continue the flagrant government expansion along with unprecedented spending.
The GOP and DNC are but parodies of their former selves and have become self perpetuating, pro multi globalists, and have excluded all their base to their greed and power...all of em!
To single out either party, for prior damages done, is absurd and pointless now.
Be we dems, repubs,or independents,we must challenge the idiocy before us and address it ..Healthcare must change, but to what end?

At this point, there's so much of a cluster$%^& with all the proposed legislation, that research can not delve further at this point.
Parliamentary procedure will probably ram this through on midnight soon, with out any clear knowledge of what's actually in the legislation.
Once passed, I' m sure we'll peruse throught the quagmire and find out.

I do hope we get to pay the same as the "royals" do...$ 503.00 per year.

It's so easy to play the blame game, redirect the problem,,as with Mr Latimer.
As if the talk show gang(Beck,Hannity, Oreilly,Limbaugh) writes, enacts, and legislates current or past laws, or has a majority of votes in the Congress.. They are so powerful to defeat healthcare legislation with the dems as a majority in both houses.???.huh?.
The GOP is so powerful to stop legislation?..please!
The only thing the GOP has, is ride the coattails of the current tide of discontent..and they will face dissapointment as well, and well deserved!

Perhaps Richard should investigate the current debacle objectively and realize it's the failed policies of ALL adminstrations and their respective princes, and princesses,CEO'S, Bankers, etal that brought us this mess!
It's so much easier to create an enemy than to address the problem within.

Witness the current gang who demonizes anyone who challenges, questions, or opposes.
Just another chapter, continued from the prior morons..same game, same plan, same tactics..different faces.

Being in the health care profession, the enormous over regulation(by govt) is one of the major burdens that affects the overall costs.
Other factors include the following.
1.State,local,&federal policies are subsidized by private payers such as us.
Ever wonder how civil service employees pay as little as $50 a week, for life, while we pay upwards to 1400 a month for the same plan?
2.Congress pays only $503 a year!
3.Congress created the regulations that the insurance providers must adhere to.
They allowed the greed to reach the pinnacle, and now want to run the show themselves?
4.Big pharma is in bed with the current gang of thieves and has been in prior adminstrations.allowing outrageous prices for meds.
5.Physicians charge astronomical fees, and batteries of unecessary tests to CYA, and yes, cover 150,000 a year liabilty costs.(tort reform?)
6.Under federal law,all persons ,legal and illegal, must be provided for at no cost should they lack coverage..well who pays for that..huh?
Factor the costs,greed,corruption,20 mil illegals, and the rest..do the math.

The entire collapse of America, and the march of true progressivism, is due to the dark wing duck policies of the GOP and their corporate friends.

It's not the argument over such exact words as socialism vs capitalism, it is, however, what our current system and players(pols and corps)will do with the power vested..
Our present republic is a marriage of all political systems(ie socialism, democracy, capitalism, and even communism)whose difference is the power is vested to the rule of law protecting the citizens from an abusive and all intrusive government.
That, counselor, is the argument that those of us from all sides are against.
Rather than constantly berating each other, perhaps the schills form the GOP and DNC might realize that there is a large populace disgusted with BOTH parties and their ineffectual, self serving march to total control over our lives.
GOP blames the left media, DNC blames Fox,all a ruse .
There are those of us who see beyond the rhetoric of both parties and will affect the only change we are capable of.pulling the lever in 2010 for starters.

For the sake of all of us..let national healthcare pass with the public option.
Then, when all filters out, let's digress back to today and compare costs and coverage(minus the fines, penalties, and jail sentences imposed).

I am keeping the current average cost of private healthcare and all costs,co-pays, etc on file..ie (my insurance private pay).
Once enacted and in place..we will go back and compare numbers.

Deal?
I'm opting out for the Congress version, $503.00 per year..if they offer that, I'll support National Healthcare..

1.All political forces require "capitalism" to propel their agenda,(be it a republic, socialist, communist,or dictatorship) while extracting confiscatory taxes from the working class and whatever state demonized businesses suits their needs.
2.While Acorn was a small govt subsidized org. caught defrauding the govt, Halliburton &co, are international conglomerates that dictate world policy and have the luxury to defraud at their leisure.
3.Big money ,under any guise, has always ruled, with every nation since the inception of organized societies.
4.What's before us now, with the shadow govt always in place, is an accelerated agenda of an ever expanding government intrusion to our daily lives.
Call it socialism, capitalism, communism, dictatorship, whatever, it's still over regulation and the constant loss of individualism, and the precepts of our foundation, that separated us from the rest of existing societies.
6.All prior administrations have paved the way for the mess we're in now.Obama is running with it at full speed.

Obviously you have a grip on the grim reality of politics and world events.
Unfortunately, many have tunnel vision to the world's situation and refuse to accept any reality ,but to the dogmas of their respective political party, and total bias against the facts.
This includes both parties!and their affiliates..
Big oil, like it or not, dictates all policies worldwide and the clamor for free running oil is the driving force behind all political stances, policies, and wars.
Until the nations of the world shake off the dominance of oil and actually allow alternate energies to compete, oil will rule the world.
Politicians of all nations cowtow to the highest bidder, and contributors, and then make the case for their policies from that venture of money flow.
Whether it be healthcare, oil, wind power, defense etal, it's always been about the money!
Powerful environmetal lobbyists control the agenda for oil, nuclear sources, which runs clean fuel, but the byproduct is the nefarious enemy.
Why solar never reached a pinnacle is it competes with oil..simple.

Socialism
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"socialists share the view that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth among a small segment of society that controls capital and derives its wealth through exploitation, creates an unequal society, does not provide equal opportunities for everyone to maximise their potentialities and does not utilise technology and resources to their maximum potential nor in the interests of the public.

Communists in the 1970s and 1980s, instituted various forms of market socialism, combining co-operative and state ownership models with the free market exchange and free price system (but not free prices for the means of production).[6] Social democrats propose selective nationalisation of key national industries in mixed economies, while maintaining private ownership of capital and private business enterprise."

Appears to be the current dogma, policies, actions, and speeches given, of the DNC leaders..no argument there..

Interesting comment concerning the war on the poor..my observations point to both parties contributing to the demise of the working class and the poor.
The majority of Americans work for small businesses, yet, the current dnc has passed so much legislation and taxation on small business, that we have such a large unemployment and stagnant employment figures.
The gop rewards business,as does the dnc, but the dnc continues its diatribe of the working mans plight yet taxes the crap out of our employers.
They reward their contributors and big unions, those who don't work, yet make it impossible for those on social services to make the next step to freedom of govt dependence.
At least JFK was a fiscal conservative and asked the poignant question.
Now it's what your govt can do for you..
But who's going to pay for it?

I'm no fan,at all,of either party nor their past history of self serving legislation at our expense.

Thank you for writing a poignant piece without the usual demagoguery for the DNC ,or GOP blame game,as usually appears here, especially from a Democrat!
Politics has become a corporate sponsorship and requires those of wealth to participate in local fundraisers and meets of the candidates.
Recent state pundits have required hefty contributions to attend these so called meet the folks events.
Most of us ,of all political persuasions, usually work weekends, or part of, and have little left financially to attend these "common man' political get togethers.
They cowtow to the elite yet address us as if we are important..
that is why so many fail to participate.
With so many at a hardship, why would we pay 50 bucks to meet a multimillionaire running for state office?
Maybe one of the local candidates might get a corporate sponsor and invite us common man/woman gratis to meet them.
How novel..
but then, again..life is but a dream.
The current GOP and DNC just don't get it.at all!

Google, in its attempt, and success, of scanning books is for one reason..money and power.
That's all !
Whenever one hears it's for the people and the good of mankind, run away..it's a farce.
Google works closely with the US gov as well..
Once the powers that be have world dominance, and monopoly on all goods and services, including one government, we have no choice but to consume what they have to offer..as there will be little, if any, competition..
and will feed the coffers of the now expanded global world govt/economy..
It's all about business..period, and total control of all things consumed.

Rich, powerful meet secretly in Greece."

"New invitees reportedly include the nouveau riche Google Chief Executive Officer Eric Schmidt. Henry Kissinger, a lynchpin of continuity with other secretive internationalist groups including the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission, is a regular attendee, as is Wall Street Journal Editor Paul Gigot.
Meanwhile, Daniel Estulin, author of "The True Story of the Bilderberg Group," said before the confab the main topic of the agenda for this meeting was the world economy. He said his sources inside the group told him the movers and shakers would be discussing two options – "either a prolonged, agonizing depression that dooms the world to decades of stagnation, decline, and poverty ... or an intense-but-shorter depression that paves the way for a new sustainable economic world order, with less sovereignty but more efficiency."""

On a further note,it is my belief, that this devisive tactic is encompassing all government policies for quite some time.
We sit here and comment, post, watch our respective news commentaries, politicians, and ouselves, vilifying one another .
It's all a game at our expense for multi natl corps including oil, pharma, nation rebuilders, and the military ind. complex.
To ensure we stay divided enough so they continue the game, consume the products offered, and work work work to supple the profits.
I learned forty years ago about this from family, and ties, that work in the government(both state dept and intelligence).
Then 3 days of the condor was released and just reaffirmed what I had learned prior.

The GOP and DNC have used scare tactics as a means to the end forever.
Let's not dismiss the DNC as above reproach, as they have used ridiculous tactics as well..politics is a dirty game played by all sides, all for the flow of oil and commerce!

The witchhunt over Cheney and Halliburton never flew as Clinton/Gore awarded Halliburton 100's of millions in the Kosovo rebuilding.
Nation rebuilding and protecting the flow of oil is the imperative!

1.Kosovo.

Halliburton is a nefarious contractor that had short changed our troops, and continues to work with the present administration with billions of dollars in fraud and waste still not accounted for from the previous gang of thieves.
Acorn, another criminal organization,is slated to receive billions under the stimulus plan.
Perhaps the left and right should question the Obama gang and ask why no criminal proceedings against Halliburton and why, Obama, continues to work with them..?

Eisenhower warned about the corrupt military complex in the 50's, warned they would control the government ,and he was a 4 star general..hmmm.
Acorn has received a mere 53 million and has been prosecuted and indicted in fraud in dozens of states.

Sept. 9, 2009
"As an Obama supporter and contributor, I am outraged at the slowness with which the standing army of Democratic consultants and commentators publicly expressed discontent with the administration's strategic missteps this year.
By foolishly trying to reduce all objections to healthcare reform to the malevolence of obstructionist Republicans, Democrats have managed to destroy the national coalition that elected Obama and that is unlikely to be repaired.
Why has the Democratic Party become so arrogantly detached from ordinary Americans? Though they claim to speak for the poor and dispossessed, Democrats have increasingly become the party of an upper-middle-class professional elite, top-heavy with journalists, academics and lawyers (one reason for the hypocritical absence of tort reform in the healthcare bills).
But affluent middle-class Democrats now seem to be complacently servile toward authority and automatically believe everything party leaders tell them.
The Democratic brain has been marinating so long that it's positively pickled."

It's all a scheme to circumvent the constitution with more executive power and no accountability and protection (with executive privelege) from litigation.
Be it Bush, Obama, or the next President, it is the duty of the citizens to question all authority and keep some form of balance in our elected officials , and especially their "appointed" czars..
