I AGREE WITH BRENT IN GENERAL. THE H. S. PROJECT HAS BEEN UNDERWAY FOR A LONG TIME AND EVIDENTLY WITH LITTLE SUPERVISION. I'M NOT WELL VERSED IN WHICH TOWN LEADERS HAD THE RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS AREA, BUT THE ORIGINAL BUDGETED COST WAS SIGNIFICANT AND SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED FOR A STRONG INDEPENDENT KNOWLEDGEABLE PAID WATCHDOG. LET'S FIND OUT WHAT THE DETAILS ARE OF THE COST OVERRUN, GENERATE A SOLID PLAN / COST TO COMPLETION AND PLACE A PAID PERSON, WITH BROAD OVERSIGHT POWERS TO WATCH OVER THE COMPLETION COMPLETION.
