Good work by MPD this week by arresting this pair and the shooting suspect in the Dennis case.
11/14/09 @ 7:58 pm
Don't even worry about paying the fine, legal. The morons who threw this new law together never figured in a penalty for not paying it. Most cops wouldn't waste their time writing one of those by-law tickets.

"You live on Cape Cod? Must be really quiet down there during the off season." People from off Cape are clueless.

In response to: Harwich weekly arrests; One arrest in Truro
Because they would have no arrests this week if they didn't.

In response to: Yarmouth Police arrest Marijuana grower
Yeah, your right Jonathan. I appologize to the editors. I didn't realize it was in another section of the website. I only check the Police and Fire news. Sorry, it's been a stressful and emotional past few days.

Boy this site keeps right on top of things. Don't mention anything about the death of Lt. Xiarhos' son in Afghanistan. Lt. Xiarhos sends all of the YPD press releases to you and you don't even have the decency to honor his son with any type of mention. This sight stinks!
07/21/09 @ 7:52 pm
You said it "jee." Especially Cape Cod judges. They are the weakest of the weakest links.
07/13/09 @ 12:54 am
You got awesome friends.
07/11/09 @ 7:07 pm
Yes, me like Alisha too!
07/01/09 @ 12:18 am
Yeah, it was a lot better when YPD used to post their activity.
06/11/09 @ 9:35 pm
Definitely an Intrepid.

In response to: Arrested for 15 OUIs, pleads guilty to fourth
Fifteen OUIs and he gets only 2 years. After thirty OUIs does he only get 4 years?

Another great job by one of our liberal judges. After all that work and a cop getting assaulted, let the guy go on a low bail. Now it'll be twice as hard to find this guy again.
05/07/09 @ 9:03 pm
By the way there "Chica", YPD has sent out numerous press releases advising people to lock their cars at night and given other crime prevention tips. I guess you don't read the papers or check this site much. You should. It must get pretty boring sitting by your window 24 hours a day since you're so positive that a police car has not driven by.
04/21/09 @ 2:16 pm
They don't look all that happy to me and I don't think anyone's flirting with this crew.
04/20/09 @ 9:54 am
Wow! Nothing new to report since the 16th?
04/12/09 @ 2:07 pm
The red phone must be the "Bat Phone."

RE: Cavalier arrestees. Am I the only one hearing "dueling banjos" while looking at their pictures?
03/27/09 @ 2:44 am
supercrew

Rose is probably happy because he lives Mass. Felony ADW charges= No problem! He's probably looking at a continued without a finding if not the charges getting dismissed.
03/23/09 @ 3:21 pm
How 'bout letting us know when you actually do make an arrest. Makes for better reading.
03/20/09 @ 3:12 am
Mr. Glenn and Mr. Cunningham are such steady customers. Job security for the boys and blue!
03/15/09 @ 8:19 am
Judge Creedon (aka: Judge "Freedom") is yet another fine example of our local judges who let this guy out on bail for only $2K bail. As long as it wasn't his grandaughter, why should he care?!
03/10/09 @ 6:48 am
Wow, TPD tearing it up out there! Fascinating, keep up posted.
03/05/09 @ 11:55 pm
I take it the hearing for the Brewster officer did not go well.
03/01/09 @ 5:59 pm
Hogan's a nice guy. I hope he recovers and is back in action soon.
02/23/09 @ 12:15 pm
Sarah lives in Massachusetts, not a real State. What does she got to worry about? Nothings going to happen to her in court.
02/12/09 @ 3:42 pm
You got it. What does he care, he probably lives in a nice neighborhood where there is no crime.
Plus, he probably feels that YPD was just out picking on people again.
02/10/09 @ 3:32 pm
Why do all the judges that used to be assistant DA's (like Judge O'Neill) make the worst judges?
08/01/08 @ 2:21 pm
Paul Lopes 172 arrests! Come on judges, let's get him up to and even 200 arrests by keeping him out on the streets instead of in prison (where he belongs).
07/25/08 @ 5:05 pm
The driver of the fatal involving the imate has been charged. Satisfied busabe and crusader? It takes an average of 14 days to complete an accident recon. Then it has to be sent to the DA's office to recommend what charges should be filed. You don't just throw it together in haste for something as important as a fatal accident- no matter who was hit. Some people have a front row seat to things in life - others sit on the side lines with the women and children and just criticize things that they know nothing about!
07/22/08 @ 4:21 pm
Hey judges -Nice job giving Mr. Gonsalves plenty of confidence that nothing is going to happen to him. Let him off a few more times why don't ya?

In response to: Woman burned in boat fire; Ordnance clears YPD
dpie- YPD wants people to bring in guns, not bombs. That it why it is called un-gun day not un-bomb/explosive day.

Frankie is definitely a good man. Always friendly and,as you can see, keeps his cool under pressure. An asset to his community.
06/18/08 @ 9:14 am
Nice job selling ammo to a criminal. Think they asked for his gun permit???
06/04/08 @ 4:16 pm
Will the dumb-ass citizens of Yarmouth please lock their cars at night! They just don't get it.
05/31/08 @ 11:18 pm
Yeah, luckily the other driver was in a Mercedes. Built like a tank. The guy's sport jacket clashes with the Red Sox hat too.
05/31/08 @ 4:42 pm
What do you expect with judges that are enablers. They just keep telling him, "Don't do it again, because the next time I see you here before me...................."
05/27/08 @ 6:20 pm
Excellent work YPD! Scott Lundegren is a hard worker with an eagle eye. It would be nice if the court system would do their part with these losers, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
05/22/08 @ 12:42 am
Seems to be a lot of hoarding lately. Strange compulsion!
05/22/08 @ 12:40 am
What's up with Harwich. They sure do have a lot of vehicle accidents down there.
