in response to Tim - yes, also, interesting to know is that forensics state that it is physically impossible for a driver in motion to push a 230 lb person with one hand out a locked car & window while driving without crashing. all evidence points in favor of Ramirez. Wagoner's neighbors state that she created problems in the neighborhood.

in response to ryan. the car behind the malibu witnessed that the woman kicked the window and threw herself out the car. the marijuana did not belong to the driver of the malibu.
the woman has been threatening to commit suicide. therefore, whether she is fighting for her life is questionable. no, the malibu did not strike her.
