Why post the picture of the house that he lives in??? I have no sympathy for him whatsoever but to post a picture of where he lives?? Please...find something better to do with your time. His house has absolutely nothing to do with the story.

1.Just because the rear window was shot out does not mean that the rounds from the officer's gun entered through the rear. That may have been the exit point in which case the rounds could have been fired from somewhere else. Then again, I dont know really what happened anyway so why comment. Oh wait, everyone else is throwing in their uneducated thoughts anyways.
2. From what I understand, the "maneuvers" used to spin out suspects on crowded freeways, also known as the PIT, are not permissible in Massachusetts.MA considers this assault with a dangerous weapon.
3. How does anyone know if a "maneuver" was even a possibility in this case. Did anyone stop and think that the officer may have been outside his cruiser perhaps and the suspect maybe was trying to run him over. You know what, I dont know either but it looks like all the negative rants against the police officer on here have already made up their minds!

It boils my blood to hear all of the hacks on this blog guessing what happened based on the small amount of info put out regarding the Yarmouth shooting. We all need to take a step back and let the incident unfold. The alleged experts sicken me. You have no idea what actually happened. Everyone wants to slam the police like they go to work looking to shoot someone. "Trigger happy" is a term I believe I have already read printed by someone. I am sure that when an officer has to use deadly force it has no effect on them whatsoever....right...yet that is what it seems like some people think...must be easy to pull that trigger...how does it feel to be so ignorant.
Let the DA's office investigate and let us not forget that yes there is a "victim" but there is also an officer here who no doubt is grieving and dealing with the fact that he was forced to take anothers life and that is something that will bother any rational person for a long time to come.

once again someone whining about something they have absolutely no clue about...the folks pictured in the Eastham crash are FIREFIGHTERS and not POLICE. So yes you would be correct that there is no reconstruction going on in that photo.

While it would be a tragedy for anyone to be struck and killed, if the driver is not at fault then it is equally as important to clear the driver of wrongdoing as it is to charge him if necessary.

Yeah, what a minor accident...barely any damage to the bike or the vehicle. Wait a minute..i don't suppose the impact of the person's head on the oh so soft pavement could have caused a serious head injury to perhaps warrant a medflight...but it looks so minor...

I agree with sandyneck...stick you your job and the FD folks will stick to their job. You admittedly know nothing about the protocols yet feel compelled to comment.

I love it when everyone else is an expert on everything.

Good Work by the HPD. Never get much credit down for the nice job that they do.

These 2 towns are not cities. They experience a higher rate of crime than most other Cape towns, but comparing Cape towns to cities is an unfair comparison.

Nice job by officer cronin. When is the court system going to stop letting these people out of jail? Let's see, released with a pending cocaine case and get re-arrested on the same charge...hmmmmm

Fourth offense OUI..is it me or does it seem like Yarmouth has a concentration of the repeat OUI offenders. Nice job by the YPD to take these folks off the street. How does the pepper taste by the way?
