Go to your own blog and post something. See if anyone cares what you think. Sit there and see if anyone posts. They won't. You have nothing valuable to say or post and nobody cares. You are a miserable individual who has created her owmn nightmare. Instead of posting on your own blog spot here at CCT, you will reply to this thinking I care.
I don't.
I have many many things to do today, none of which involve you and your rants. I am simply posting here because you have decided to include me in one of you posts last night.
Go away and find somewhere else to destroy. Maybe the East Somerville Streets sight. Just leave this one alone. You do nothing but bring it down. It was quite nice last week without your negativity. Now it's back to a cesspool of your postings.
Why does CCT let you continue to destroy other peoples blogs?

She's already been on NECN complaining that everybody lied to her when she took out her loan. Business as usual, take the money because it looks so easy and then complain that everyone lied to you. You signed, you are responsible. Did you really think that when the mortgage company/bank put IN WRITING that they could raise the interest rate after the described period that they wouldn't? Seriously? Nobody fault but your own. Took a big loan you knew you couldn't pay back. Now we all have to pay it off for you.

Once he was diagnosed with brain cancer, something we all knew he was going to die from, he should have submitted his resignation effective immediatley after an election for a new senator. He could have continued his efforts while stumping for the new replacement he would back. After loads of support, the candidate probably would have won, Kennedy could have continued in the shadows as a puppet master and his bill would have continued and even better, his candidate would have that much more experience when the term was up and would run for the new term.
But noooooo.
Self centered Ted, obviously thinking once again he was immortal, decides to ignore the grim reality, continue to decline and NOT represent the sate for the past how many months and then cry out that the state needs to change the law back from what he had it changed to 5 years ago bacuse we need representation! And let this boob of a governor do the appointing? What a sham and a shame.

You have no real concept of how absolutely insignificant you or I or maverick or anyone really is, do you. The world has been around for 4.5 BILLION years. Humans have existed for what, 1, maybe 2, million years and have been industrialized for about 150 years at very best. You really think the world is going to "run out" of resources? You really think that the last 150 years are going to be the downfall of the most mysterious and amazingly complex and unique item in the entire galaxy as far as we have seen so far, otherwise known as Earth? Save your plastic bottles and recycle your paper and don't forget to use one square of TP like Sheryl Crow says but also, at the same time, remember that a forest fire is offsetting all the efforts made today by big business to clear the air of pollution and a volcanoe erupting offsets evrything done for the past year. Also, remember the lack of recycling in places like China and India that offset everything you try to do. You'll go crazy trying to win. Just enjoy your blink of existence in the life of the planet.

That being said, don't claim that I'm trying to exploit someone in here. I find no advantage nor gain to myself or anyone else but this girl and her family should they go to the police. She wants to know why the police aren't speaking out and the papers aren't reporting additional reports of misconduct. Well, here she explains why. But yet she wants something done. My answer is do it yourself. Speak out. Don't depend on others to do it for you. Of course, none of this would have happened if it was done the "right" way. This guy would be more than afraid to show his face again if it were taken care of the "right" way. But that didn't happen so now it has to dealt with the fair and legal way and this is what you get.

One simple answer, its all a hoax. Keep this in mind too. Below the arctic icecaps, the ones that are meling due to the global warming myth, lies vast, hugely vast amounts of natural gas and oil. Where does oil and gas come from? Ancient buried archeological swamps. Swamps you say? Under the arctic circle? How could that be? Its cold there, isn't it? The same way its cold in Vermont for mosty of the year and they have fossil beds of warmwater sea life in the state. But how? How can this be? Hmmmm.

If you were to be elected, where are the over bloated areas that YOU would like to see trimmed? Reduction in the state police, the registry, court system, education. Where would the cuts come from? To just say 8,000 across the board is scary to some, me included. Some of those cuts may be needed services. Not saying they can't be combined with other existing jobs and positions but all those jobs gone without specifics as to where would push me to be careful and not vote for you.

In response to: What Me Worry? I Work for the Empire!
Wierd? I would say so.
In response to: Your town government at work, NOT!
The problem is that too many of the elected individuals in town government don't do their JOBS. They like to commend others for a job well done and like to be informed of everyones work but they can't/won't make the hard decisions to hit the unions and other workers hard and be fiscally responsible. This does mean at times, layoffs and cuts that will effect services. They all want to be buddies with everyone knowing eventually they have to go back to private life and then be the "bad guy" that laid someone off or eliminated a program. Can't do the job, don't take the position.
As far as the voters go, if you see someone not doing what they should be doing to be fiscally responsible, make sure NOT to vote them in. And at Town Meeting and at the ballot box, don't vote for overrides that you don't believe in or don't think enough was done and that FORCES the boards to do their jobs. Don't let them walk all over us.

Patrol Officer Van Ness has never been the subject of any discipline.-
-Patrol Officer Van Ness is an outstanding police officer and has never had any official complaint filed against him. He has had no disciplinary history or actions during his employment with the Yarmouth Police Department.-
It's always fun to read "cop". Read between the lines.
1. Nobody has filed a complaint. That doesn't mean nobody has complained, they just haven't done it in an official manner.
2. Has never been the subject of dicipline. Not even a talking to or a reminder to cool it? Not even in the Martins case? Really chief?
3. Again, no official complaints against him. Have there been any verbal complaints?
4. No discipline while a Yarmouth police officer. Was he an officer somewhere else before Yarmouth? If not, why not describe it as never in his career?
I'm just suspicious the wording of this letter.

In response to: Coast Guard gives conditional approval to Cape Wind
Todays CCT headline. I LOVE IT! One by one, all the walls are falling. Oh, and maverick, if you can't find a 300 foot humming wind turbine in the fog, just stay out of the area. There are hundreds of thousands of square miles of water elsewhere in the world to run your boat. Me? I could care less. Don't see them from my house, can't hear them from my house, don't own a boat, and have no need to go to Horseshoe Shoals. I say build them. It's the "wave" of the future, pun intended.

As far as the LTC reminder, even if it isn't the responsibility of the issuing authority to remind people of the renewal date for their permit, (and I don't know that it is or isn't), if they have issued a LTC to someone, it means that person probably has a weapon of some sort. Wouldn't it be wise to remind the permit holder not only of the fact that their license is about to expire but if it does, they would have to relinquish their investment, that being their firearm? The police have a list of people they have issued permits to so wouldn't it be proper for them to inform the holders of their position, especially in a small town like Truro?
