In response to: Vote YES on Question 3!
These people who work at the greyhound parks should not be working in an industry that is known for its reckless abuse of animals. Would you keep your own dogs or pets in cages for 20 hours a day? The greyhound racing proposal does not end the racing industry in Massachusetts right away. It will give the 700 people (not 1,000 btw) that will lose their jobs 2 whole years to find new work in the service industry. There are many service industry jobs out there that do not abuse animals that these people can find jobs in. It is time we put an end to the cruelty and stood up for animal rights. Please if you have a heart, and care about animals...vote YES on 3 for the dogs. You wouldn't put your own dog in a cage for 20 hours would you? VOTE YES ON 3
