Being the co-founder of the newest homeless services organization on the cape (Homeless not Hopeless, Inc.) I can attest, not only to the wonderful work and unlimited dedication of Tom Naples, but also to the swiftly growing homeless population. Several times since we opened our doors, Tom has brought us his clients. When they come to us, they are the most gracious and appreciative residents that we have, as all of them were in the woods prior to coming to us. I, too, lived in the woods, as did our organizations president. We know how brutal the cape cod woods can be, and anyone who has enough compassion to write this story, not once, but twice, will truly be blessed at his life's end.
As with the Council of Churches, all of our organizations are in need of extra help this year to meet the demand for services. Please, find it in your heart to donate to one of the many organizations that are doing their part to help those less fortunate.
