You're wrong magician. Good police procedure dictates that in that situation, identification be secured and the person be run in the computer to see if there are any restraining orders against him. Just because his id shows him to live there, a wife or other family member may have a court order barring him from the household. Sgt. Crowley had every right to require id and Gates had no right to refuse. Say Crowley just left and Gates remained behind with an R/O in effect? Crowley would have been guilty of malfeasance.

These photos were taken on 6/10 at 5:38 and 5:45 pm. The incident with the little girl happened at 8:30 am today (6/11). There is something missing in this story. Why not report where the photos were taken? Why not report where the incident with the little girl happened? Lots of missing info here.

I refuse to give fenway the outlandish amount of money that they charge for food. I go to at least 10 games a year and usually eat at UBurger or Bertucci's before the game. The food is much better there. I also don't buy beer at the park, but smuggle a few nips of rum in and mix it with a coke that I buy. I pay enough for my tickets and refuse to enrich the redsox any further than that.

Jeff, 17, was an employee of Melvin Reine and was romantically linked to Reine's babsitter, who Reine had the hots for and eventually married. She was murdered on May 10, 2005 at the Reine family compound. The case remains open and will probably never be solved. The Falmouth Police and the DA's on the cape have a history of not wanting or being able to solve cases related to the Reine family.

I'm suprised that in 2009, in a modern police department, firearms can go missing. Call me crazy, but most PD's got this under control in the 90's.
Things just never seem to change in the Falmouth PD.
