A well written, documented response Chuck.
My interest continues on two fronts: whether pro or con, have all locations(on the Cape) been vetted and why shouldn't the citizens of Cape Cod be given the opportunity to vote on this?
Polls are fine as indicators only. Other sources of energy than oil must be found or the legacy for living for our grandchildren will be drastically altered. Planning beyond 5 years takes courage but that's the American way as we did with the race to the moon which was accomplished in less than ten years.....an idea,a need and the will came together the results of which we continue to benefit from today.
Again thanks for your professional presentation.

A source of how our senators and congressman vote in Washington on all issues would be refreshing and, hopefully, news worthy of review by our citizens. The Cape Codder does the same for state representatives/senators but not federal. A link to the federal register just doesn't have the same impact. Thanks Dick
