Thanks bipr, I am working on a listing, at least of studios and classes so folks can find their own style, and you just gave me the idea to define a few different styles also in an upcoming blog entry, so the ferocious sweaters can find the hot yoga they love and the hatha folks can do the traditional hatha. Beach yoga isn't prevalent on Cape Cod, many of the towns don't allow it, (imagine, yoga on the beach!) Last weekend as we were trying to leave the Cape over the Bourne Bridge, someone in a car infront of us stopped for a while, changed her mind as we entered the bridge and decided she might back up????? Stuff like that completely boggles me. We all lived to tell the story.
