In response to: Al Gore and Global Warming
Hurrah for "Robert", who has dared to question the global warming myth. Al Gore's dire warnings are disputed by many experts, most of them NOT in the pay of interested industries: unfortunately, anyone brave enough to raise his head above the parapet is met with a storm of ridicule - or worse.

Climate change has always been with us and efforts to blame manmade CO2 emissions are, at best, open to dispute. As recently as the 1970s the climate hysteria was a new ice age! Come on everyone, let's look at ALL the evidence and not simply jump on the current fashionable bandwagon.

In response to: NCL Cruises: Freestyle or Free-For-All?
Don Howell's "Cruise from hell" was fascinating. We have only cruised NCL once and then they lost the supply ship, so we had to spend an extra 24 hours in Montevideo, while the chef went shopping - true! However, on that occasion they coped well and everyone ended up happy. By the way, as a half-Norwegian, may I say that Norwegian Cruise Lines( NCL) has nothing to do with Norway, apart from the fact that the captain is often Norwegian.
We've cruised a lot, big ships and small, and I'm just waiting for the big-ship bubble to burst. 2,000 + pax each, often with several of these monsters in port, when will it all end?
