Drummer Boy Park, Main Street Brewster in Bloom Parade: 1pm, Brewster History comes to life, parade starts at Underpass Road *** Parade note from the Brewster Police Department: The annual Brewster in Bloom Parade is scheduled to take place on Sunday May 4th. The parade will start on Route 6A at the intersection of Underpass Road at 1:00 p.m. The parade will travel west on Route 6A and end at Swamp Road. The parade participants will be lining up in the southbound lane of Underpass Road. As a result, Underpass Road will be closed from 11:30 a.m. until the entire parade is out onto Route 6A (approximately 1:30 p.m.). At 1:00 p.m. Route 6A will be closed in both directions from Underpass Road to Tubman Road. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate roads, such as, Route 137, Route 124, Millstone Road and Tubman Road between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. *** Nauset High School World Music Ensemble: 3pm, performance at the Brewster Ladies' Library, Main Street Historic Inn Tour: 3pm-5pm, Sunday ONLY, Tickets $10 at participating inns. 508-896-3910.
