Enjoy the sounds, colors and fragrances of the gardens while you close your eyes, stretch your muscles and inhale deeply. Catherine Paulson will guide you through the practice of hatha yoga. Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners and are held in various locations throughout Heritage Museums and Gardens' 100 acres of award-winning botanical gardens.
