Sweet Success, a Diabetes Education Event
Thursday, November 5th at West Barnstable Campus. *** confirm times *** The Diabetes Education Center is helping community members celebrate Sweet Success, an interactive diabetes education event. Sweet Success focuses on helping diabetics find the help they need to better manage their diabetes.
