Pilgrims, Patriots, and Products: Selling the Colonial Image organized by Historic New England will be on display through November.
The exhibit features pieces that examine how advertisers have used romanticized imagery about America’s past to sell commercial products. Drawn largely from Historic New England’s Library and Archives, Pilgrims, Patriots & Products includes reproductions of late nineteenth- and early twentieth-century product catalogs, trade cards, advertisements, calendars, and posters, as well as other objects that depict a fanciful interpretation of colonial and patriotic imagery. We are open 9am-5pm through November! For more information, Call: 508-487-1310 |
Location: Contact Information: Fee: $7.00-adults, $5-Seniors and students, $3.50-Child |
