Find that one-of-a-kind holiday decoration for Thanksgiving or Christmas at this year’s Harwich Hometown Holiday Sale Saturday, November 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Brooks Academy Museum.
Decorated tabletop trees, wreaths, and centerpieces highlight the featured items at this year’s annual fair, sponsored by the Harwich Historical Society. Decorations and other gift items have been donated by individuals and local business in Harwich, including The Potted Geranium, New England Gardens, Thayer’s Flowers, Hart Farm Nursery & Garden, Monahan & Company Jewelers, Crocker Nurseries, and White Flowers. Delicious baked goods will be on sale, to include cakes, breads, and pies, perfect for a holiday table or to give as a gift. Shoppers can also find regional themed items at the museum’s gift shop, along with jewelry, books about local history for all ages, railroad, cranberry, and Civil War-related items and old-fashioned toys. Proceeds from the fair will benefit the museum. Brooks Academy is located at 80 Parallel Street in Harwich.
