Dennis; OUI drugs; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation, February 18 in Dennis.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 8.  According to police reports, Dennis officers pulled over a white Honda Accord after seeing it weave "in a serpentine manner" within its lane, then cross over the white fog line with both passenger-side tires.  Eldridge admitted to smoking marijuana earlier.  He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

GIBBS, Judith E, 57, 18 Tyler Dr, Sandwich; OUI liquor; marked lanes violation, disorderly conduct, February 15 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 12.  According to police reports, Gibbs was driving a gray Chrysler 300 shortly after 1 AM, ran up on the road shoulder then drove straight at a marked police cruiser.  The detail sergeant followed the Chrysler to Gibbs' driveway.  Discussions between the two escalated to altercation, Gibbs yelling, using profanity and swinging her arms.  She failed sobriety tests at the Sandwich police station and was arrested.

PEPIN, Alycia M, 32, 71 Tower Hill Rd, Osterville; Class A drug possession with intent to distribute, heroin; Class C drug possession, Klonapin, February 14 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 12.  According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to the Craigville Beach parking lot at 8:04 AM, to find Pepin slumped over the steering wheel of her Maxda CX-7, unconscious.  Inside a coffee cup seated in the center console, police found several blue glassine packets often used in the retail distribution of heroin.  The reporting officer stated Pepin's pupils were "pin points," and her speech labored and thick.  An examination of the car's interior revealed more than twenty hypodermic syringes lying between the operator's seat and the car door on that side.  Pepin volunteered to the police she was using (injecting) twenty to twenty-five bags of heroin a day, after developing an addiction to prescription pain medication.  Police also discovered twenty-one light green Klonapin pills not contained in a valid prescription bottle.  Pepin was arrested.

PINA, same.  Breaking & entering for misdemeanor; larceny under $250, January 12 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 20.  According to police reports, a Yarmouth homeowner entered her car parked in her driveway to find a white male stranger inside, wearing dark clothes.  The woman's husband spoke to police.  They found the glove compartment ransacked.  The steering column had been dissembled.  The report noted vehicle air bags are often stolen due to their high resale value.  Pina was apprehended a short distance away on an intersecting street, apparently in the process of breaking into another car.
