ARRAIGNMENTS

BANGERT, Joseph V, 62, 112 Susan Ln, Brewster; larceny by check under $250, June 22 2011 in Brewster.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 9.  According to police reports, Bangert paid True Value Hardware with a bad check, then ignored a certified letter from them that the check was returned.

DISPOSITIONS

BOLDUC, Tara E, 41, 231 Middle Rd, Acushnet; OUI liquor; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, May 10 2011 in Provincetown.  Both counts dismissed.

DAIGNEAULT, Matthew D, 25, 1211 Millstone Rd, Apt 1, Brewster; OUI liquor, September 30 2010 in Orleans.  Final disposition:  dismissed.  Defendant discharged.
