Truro Police 12/19-12/25: 68 calls, 2 arrests

Truro Police Blotter

During the past week--from Monday, December 19 to Sunday, December 25, the members of the Truro Police Department logged 68 calls. 

Of those calls, there were calls for a suspicious person, a suspicious vehicle, a reported environmental crime, a suspicious crate and a motor vehicle accident.  The two arrests below were made during this period:

Kevin J. Morey, 51, of 542 Sunshine Road, Deer Isle, ME, was arrested on Monday, December 19 at 4:25 p.m. on Route 6 during a motor vehicle stop. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Michael D. Luster, 51, of 47 Truro Center Road, Truro, was arrested on Tuesday, December 20 at 1:23 a.m. on Route 6 during a motor vehicle stop. He was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operatoin of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violations.
