Truro Police Blotter
During the past week--from Monday, December 26 to Sunday, January 1, the members of the Truro Police Department logged 55 calls.
Of those calls, there were four fire/rescue calls, 25 traffic stops resulting in 6 violations, suspicious activity and a found violin. There was also an investigation into a suicide at the beginning of the week. One arrest was made during the this period:
Michael David Watkins, 26, of 6B Bridge Lane in Truro, was arrested on Sunday, January 1 at 4:37 p.m. on Conwell Street in Provincetown on an open warrant.
