Proceeds benefit research, rescue and education

On Sunday, October 9th at 5:30 pm the Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies will celebrate the Center’s 35th anniversary with a grand gala at Provincetown Town Hall.

This festive evening will honor the Center's three Founders, Dr. Graham Giese, Dr. Charles “Stormy” Mayo and Dr. Barbara Mayo, and will also recognize the Founding Members of the Mayo Giese Coastal Legacy Society.

Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by Cosmos Catering featuring the best local, sustainable produce; fine wine and beer from Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod and the Land Ho! Restaurant; and a special performance by the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra Ensemble.

Distinguished guests speakers include award-winning local poet Elizabeth Bradfield and Dr. Heather Goldstone, author of the renowned CLIMATIDE blog and reporter for the Cape and Island’s NPR radio stations.

All proceeds benefit the Center's research, rescue and education programs.

Tickets are $135 members; $150 non-members. Tables of eight or ten are available.
