Centerville Yoga & Wellness to Host Open House Saturday, May 9

Centerville Yoga and Wellness is blooming!  Come, find out why and surround yourself with healing, positive energy and support the Salvation Army Food Pantry of Hyannis.

Centerville Yoga and Wellness Center has a “spa-like” feel with a twist!  It is an eclectic mix of alternative healing modalities from detoxifying massages to energy healing treatments, yoga, and a mix of local artist creations as well as dance classes.  The health and healing industry is going alternative and adding in all different types of techniques to compliment conventional western medicine.

We are hosting an Open House on Saturday, May 9 from 1pm to 5pm.  There will be light refreshments generously donated by local businesses within the community.  In addition, we will be raffling off items from local businesses within our community as well as a full service healing session from the Centerville Yoga and Wellness.

Yoga classes and "mini" services will be offered throughout the afternoon at a cost of one food item per class or service.  All food and monetary donations from the raffle will go to the
Salvation Army Food Pantry of Hyannis. 

Yoga Classes * - 50 minute yoga classes will be held at:

• 1:00 pm - Beginner Level
• 2:00 pm - Intermediate Level
• 3:00 pm - Mommy & Me (ages to 4.11)
• 4:00 pm - Gentle Flow, Restorative

Wellness Services:   Healers will be on site for “mini” sessions/consultations of the following services:
