During her tenure, the bank it has grown to offer many new services and established the Trust and Asset Management division in 2003, a department that operates today from its own facility.

Ms. Savarese chairs the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank Charitable Foundation Trust. Frank Fantasia has been associated with the College for many years as a member of its Educational Foundation Board including service as its Chair. This will be his first term as a College Trustee.

Mr. Fantasia is a financial executive with 40 years of experience in bank lending and administration, retiring in 2003 after 20 years as a Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer with Plymouth Savings Bank. He has served bank, business, and real estate clients in various consultation roles, and brings years of organizational fund raising experience to the College’s Board.
