Auction to benefit Arc of Cape Cod, bid on a complete estate plan

Email bids now, winner to be announced on December 31st, 2009

Frederick M. Misilo, Jr., of the Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Group of Fletcher, Tilton and Whipple P.C. with offices in Worcester, Framingham and Hyannis has generously donated a complete estate plan for an individual or couple to be auctioned to benefit The Arc of Cape Cod.

The plan will be composed of appropriate documents including durable power of attorney, MA health care proxy, will, special needs trust and any other appropriate trust documents deemed appropriate for the individual or couple. 

The Arc of Cape Cod will be accepting silent auction bids on the estate plan through their website and will inform the winner on December 31st.
