Cavossa Disposal to collect food items for Falmouth Service Center during Sunday's parade in Falmouth
Food items to be collected during the 46th Annual Falmouth Chamber Christmas Parade
Cavossa Disposal Corporation will be providing containers for spectators to donate food items to the Falmouth Service Center at the 46th Annual Falmouth Chamber Christmas Parade which begins at 12:00 noon on Sunday December 6, 2009. The containers will be placed along the parade route beginning at the intersection of Jones Road and Davis Straits and continue along Main Street to the Falmouth Village Green.
Anyone wishing to assist our neighbors who are in need are encouraged to place canned and packaged food products in the containers which will be collected and taken to the Falmouth Service Center directly after the parade. The Falmouth Service Center is also in need of gift cards in the amount of $15.00 to be distributed as Christmas gifts for Falmouth adolescents. Gift cards may be donated directly to the Falmouth Service Center.
If you have any questions, please contact the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce at 508-548-8500. We hope that you will participate in this festive holiday activity and we look forward to seeing you at the Parade!
