Online applications now available for Falmouth families facing medical crisis
Wings for Falmouth Families launches new website
Wings for Falmouth Families launches new website featuring online aid application and acceptance of online donations.
Wings for Falmouth Families (WFFF) is thrilled to announce the launch of their website
www.WingsForFalmouth.org. Wings for Falmouth Families is a community-based, 501(c)(3) established in 2003 by Lisa and Eric Asendorf. The charity provides local families financial assistance when they are experiencing a medical crisis or tragic event. While medical costs may be covered by insurance, spousal loss of work, childcare and housing expenses, to name a few, add up to an enormous burden.
The new website features an online Aid Application that allows families experiencing a medical crisis to apply for financial assistance. Additional features include an online donation page offering individuals secure credit card processing of donations to Wings For Falmouth Families.
Todd Bidwell, General Manager of the Island Queen and who will become president of WFFF in January, says “this new website design will allow greater access by local families to request assistance in a timely manner and when they need it most. I urge everyone in Falmouth to take a moment and visit www.WingsForFalmouth.org as it will be well worth the time getting to know more about this wonderful local charity. While there we hope residents will consider supporting WFFF with a donation.”
Todd Bidwell explained “The website has been designed and is hosted by Internet Creations, who have graciously donated their time and expertise to Wings for Falmouth Families.”
