Cape Cod Cares for Our Troops needs your support
Cape Cod Cares for Our Troops prepares for the 2006 Troops in the Spotlight
Cape Cod Cares for our Troops is holding their 2nd Annual "Troops in the Spotlight" this Memorial Day Weekend starting at noon on Sunday May 28th until noon on Monday May 29th at the Kmart Shopping Plaza on Route 132 in Hyannis. Last year many local businesses were involved, and they are hoping to triple the participation this year. Your business, school, church, family and friends can gather supplies or monetary donations for the month of May. Then drop everything off in Hyannis during "Troops in the Spotlight".
Here are a couple of different ways your business can be involved:
- Make a donation to Cape Cod Cares for the Troops. 100% of all donations benefit our troops. Cape Cod Cares for the Troops is a non-profit organization.
- Your business can be an "Honor on the Hour' sponsor. For one full hour your company sign or banner will be displayed as the "Honor of the Hour" sponsor, and your company will receive radio advertising from PIXY 103, who will be broadcasting live for the 24 hours of Troops in the Spotlight.
- Make the month of May, "Honor our Troops Month" and have your employees bring in donations for care packages.
Come support our troops as they stand at attention. Bring a card or letter of encouragement to be sent in a care package. Take a minute to thank our servicemen and women for serving our country and making the world a better place.
