Cape Cod Melody Tent Announces Preview of the 2007 Season

More new shows added to 2007 roster

HYANNIS, MA - The Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis announces more new shows added to the 2007 Eastern Bank Summer Concert Series. 

Just Announced - New this year at the Melody Tent - country superstar Gretchen Wilson, blues legend Etta James, jam band moe., comedian Jim Gaffigan, and Dark Star Orchestra recreating the Grateful Dead Experience.  Returning fan favorites - showbiz legend Liza Minnelli performs her new cabaret act, classic rockers George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Comedian Lewis Black, Comedian Brian Regan, and a tribute to the music of ABBA, ABBA The Tour.

Tickets for these shows are on sale now to club members only at this time.  Anyone wishing to purchase tickets for these shows before the public on-sale date must join either the Gold Circle Club at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis or the Inner Circle Club at the Music Circus in Cohasset.  Tickets go on sale to the general public in April.

The South Shore Music Circus and Cape Cod Melody Tent have hosted world-class entertainment for over 50 years, serving nearly 200,000 patrons annually.  Both the Music Circus and Melody Tent, as well as Music Circus Productions, are operated by South Shore Playhouse Associates (SSPA), a not-for-profit organization that supports arts and education in Southeastern Massachusetts.  In the past decade, the SSPA has distributed over $2 million to other local non-profit organizations.
