Mid-Cape Farmers Market Seeks Vendors

Vendors wanted to participate during 2007 season

HYANNIS, MA -- The Mid-Cape Farmers? Market is looking for vendors for the 2007 season. The MCFM will be held?rain or shine?on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, June 13 through September 5 in the parking lot at 540 Main Street in downtown Hyannis.  Farmers and vendors of local Cape Cod farm products are invited to participate.  If you are interested, please contact Gretel Norgeot by May 1st.

Farmers and vendors of local Cape Cod farm products are welcome to apply as seasonal or weekly participants. All vendors must grow their own vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers and/or plants. Processed and specialty farm products (jams, breads, cider, etc.) can be sold with approval of the Market management and require a health permit from the local Board of Health where the products are processed.

The Mid-Cape Farmers? Market is a community effort coordinated and governed by an Advisory Committee comprising several local farmers, Edible Cape Cod Magazine, Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District, The Zammer Hospitality Institute of Cape Cod Community College, and representatives of the community.
