CHAMP Homes seeks cyclists & sponsors for Last Gasp 2007
Annual Fundraiser to take place Sunday, September 16, 2007
HYANNIS -- CHAMP Homes is looking for cyclists and sponsors of the Last Gasp Bike Race on September 16th, 2007.
This year the Last Gasp “Lite” is being offered as well as the Last Gasp “Regular”. Registration fee of $55 for Last Gasp “Lite” covers riders of the Last Gasp along the Cape Cod Canal, the Pasta Salute, water stop, support, the clambake, and of course a commemorative t-shirt.
A registration fee of $65 for Last Gasp “Regular” includes all of the above for the whole ride from Sandwich to Provincetown plus the Cape Cod Bay boat cruise.
Big Wheels are riders who generate $1,000 or more. Other sponsor levels of $2,500 and 5,000 are also available. Contact Paul Hebert at (508) 771-0885 for more information or go online to www.thelastgasp.com to register today.
CHAMP Homes’ Director Paul Hebert hopes that there will be a significant increase in the number of individuals who’d like to participate in this event by competing in raising the most funds.
Charities and churches from across the Cape are invited to raise funds for their own mission by participating as an ally under the Champ Homes banner without the cost or responsibility. A small percentage of the funds they raise is shared with Champ Homes, so many good organizations can benefit from the alliance.
More information about CHAMP Homes, the Last Gasp or pledge forms can be obtained by calling (508) 771-0885, through an email to hfac@champhouse.org or online via www.thelastgasp.com.
Since its founding just 15 years ago, CHAMP Homes, a program of Housing For All Corp., has served over 1,000 Cape Cod residents with supportive and affordable housing. They in turn have provided countless hours of service to the communities and added to the growth of our economy.
