Falmouth Christmas Parade Applications Now Available

Applications available for those wishing to participate in the 44th annual parade

FALMOUTH - The Falmouth Chamber of Commerce and its Holidays-by-the-Sea Committee announce that applications are now available for those organizations wishing to participate in the 44th Annual Falmouth Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 2nd, 2007. 

The parade is a featured highlight of Falmouth's Holidays-by-the-Sea, a month long celebration of our larger global community that features a variety of activities for the entire family.  For more than 40 years the parade has welcomed dozens of colorful floats, dynamic walking units, animated clowns, brilliant marching bands, and a myriad of animals.  We welcome organizations of all beliefs to join this wonderful community tradition.

The 2007 parade theme is "Christmas Legends." This theme captures the wonder and excitement of the season as families and friends share their memories of famous holiday legends and miracles.  The parade will start at 12-Noontime on Sunday, December 2nd.  The rain date for the parade is Sunday, December 9th, 2007.

Applications are available for pick-up at the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce at 20 Academy Lane.  The Falmouth Chamber of Commerce must receive the entry form(s) with the $35.00 entry fee(s) per vehicle on or before Friday, November 23rd, 2007.
