Cape Cod Foundation Seeking Grant Proposals
YARMOUTHPORT – The Cape Cod Foundation is seeking proposals from nonprofit organizations for the fall 2008 general grants program, the second of two grant-making cycles this year, to support projects addressing the region’s existing and emerging needs.
Approximately $33,000 will be dispersed to address a broad range of needs in the areas of health, human services, the environment, education, the arts, and community development.
The deadline for submission is October 1, 2008.
Additional information about the Cape Cod Future Fund and other unrestricted funds in the program, as well as qualifications and guidelines for developing proposals, may be obtained by contacting the Cape Cod Foundation toll free at 800-947-2322 or by visiting www.capecodfoundation.org.
