Devers instrumental in growing the Cape Cod chapter
HYANNIS - The Cape Cod Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) announced Denise M. Dever of Forestdale as its Woman of the Year at the February business meeting.
A nominating committee voted for Denise as she is a member in good standing and she was nominated by several ABWA members. She lives the mission of the ABWA every day and has been instrumental in growing the chapter by continuously inviting guests to meetings and making them feel welcome and interested in participating.
After the announcement, Denise said: “ABWA means a lot to me and I am truly honored to receive this Award. I always look forward to coming to the meetings. Not just to network, but simply to be with friends, who I’ve come to know over the years.”
