Job #1 – Custodian – Mid Cape

Full Time: The custodian is responsible for the general cleaning of the school buildings, classrooms, restrooms, etc. They will also monitor and resupply paper products in restrooms and classrooms. Perform some minor repairs or painting as assigned. Other responsibilities include snow shoveling and ice removal during winter months; Assist with event set up and break down; Clean and maintain equipment used; Monitor cleaning supplies and report when low. This position requires an ability to follow directions, respond to the needs of the staff as situations arise, and work with students around. It is essential that the individual be able to perform his/her assigned duties without constant supervision, he/she should be a self-starter. Ability to work full 8 hours shift (3:15pm - 11:45pm) which include breaks and half hour dinner break. One year janitorial experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Good salary with benefits.

Job #2 – Administrative Assistant – Upper Cape

Full Time: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to several physician's teams. This role is based in our Falmouth office with occasional travel to other offices as needed (training, etc.). Maintains control of and orchestrates physician’s schedule, patient care days and meetings. Communicates with patients to discuss procedures, lab work, physicals, consent forms and reports questions to physician. Functions as a resource to patients through verbal and written communication. Handles a high volume of patient calls. Assists with documenting procedures, handling co-management paperwork between surgeons and referring providers. Associate’s degree or significant relevant experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of four years of experience in high volume professional/medical environment preferred. Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy, as well as skill in organizing, planning and prioritizing. Competitive salary and benefits.
