Job #1 – Housekeeping Coordinator – Lower Cape

Full Time: Responsible to provide administrative support for the Housekeeping department; including creating and designating work assignments, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, and maintaining departmental records/logs. General Responsibilities Include: Creating work assignments for Engineering, Room, House and Lobby Attendants through the KnowCross System; Dispatching guest requested items. Inspection of guest rooms. Administer equipment maintenance programs such as vehicle, vacuum, cell phone, crib and rollaway beds to ensure items are well maintained. Update a current and updated room status report, communicating wait-listed items with the Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisors. Requires computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer. Reports to: Director of Housekeeping.  Minimum one year experience required. Salary commensurate with experience plus great benefits.

Job #2 – Front Desk Representative – Upper Cape

Full Time: Seeking an outgoing, friendly and upbeat front desk representative to join the team.  This person should possess a positive attitude and have a professional presence, in addition to having a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer skills and exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills are required.  This position would be based in the Sandwich office with travel to our Yarmouth offices. The job entails greeting patients and checking in/checking out patients, scheduling patient appointments and testing.  Obtaining and verifying patient insurance, collecting patient payments, posting payments, reconciling payments and preparing deposits, providing an accurate accounting of funds. High School Degree or GED required. Knowledge of medical terminology and work experience in a medical office preferred. Requires typing at 50 WPM.
