#1 – Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape

Full Time: Looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Must be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, flexible and adaptable to high paced office environment, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, verbal and written communication. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Client communications to include financial reporting and client bill creation. Using computers to generate reports, conduct research and support project management team. Greet and assist visitors. Salary commensurate with experience.

#2 – Human Resource Volunteer Coordinator – Mid Cape

Full Time: Provides direction, coordination and consultation for all volunteer functions to strengthen public awareness of the agency and integrate volunteers into the strategic plan and organizational infrastructure, increasing efficiency and effectiveness in providing services to fulfill the organization’s mission. The Human Resource Coordinator supports the Human Resource Manager with orientation and recruitment functions. The Human Resource Coordinator coordinates agency wide staff events. High school diploma or equivalent required. Exceptional organizational skills required. At least two years of experience in a professional environment. Excellent computer skills using word processing, email and spreadsheet software applications. Ability to multitask and effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
